Awesome stay, cozy, cool, and close! Felt like home
Pros:

The trails, how close it’s to everything we did. The local food and sights.

Cons:

They need to kill vegetation on pond, that would have been great to fish.

We had a fire outside at the pit and was like we were calling but had a warm bed to sleep in

Staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are so clean and all have been updated wow was our impression and our last is we will return . Easy drive to the falls in Ohiopyle great breakfast across the street at the Grill a must eat at for breakfast the spot offers you great driving location to much of the area .. quite location even though off the main road with a deck outside your room as well with sliding doors too open your space up .. just can’t say enough about our stay there ..

I first stayed here 2 years ago. I was told they were under a large remodel project with great things to come. The room
Pros:

Individual rooms on ground floor.
Private outdoor patio for each unit.

Cons:

The mattresses in 701 were uncomfortably firm.
The WiFi signal is so weak the TV wouldn’t pick up stations for any length of time. It was also too weak for my phone to use.

The room was small, but clean.

Cons:

The room was very damp. Sheets and towels felt wet due to the humidity in the room. Granted, it has rained a lot, but sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Nowhere throughout the booking process was there a mention of a fee for pets only mentioned that some rooms are pet frie

Cozy rooms with an ideal location. Pleasant stay!
Pros:

Loved the room, view, patio, the lake, path and fire-pits. Also it was so close (between 5 and 15 minutes) to everything! Whitewater rafting at Ohiopyle, exploring the beautiful Laurel Caverns (definitely a must-see), the Christmas shop as well as Fallingwater, (the historic Frank Lloyd Wright house). Nice breakfast place (not included) across the street and several other restaurants nearby. Great weekend getaway!

Cons:

Check in was just a little bit rough. There were a couple of us waiting for a person to show up. The voice mailbox of the phone number posted was full. After two of us couples had been waiting for about 15 minutes we called again and finally reached the manager. A very nice and personable girl came, very apologetic because she didn’t realize someone had moved the monitor and she didn’t hear it. After that the stay was wonderful.
