Lovely place right on the beach. Great location, walking distance form lots of restaurants and shops. Not that far from pier, like 20 min walk.
Staff super nice and helpful. Proactively reached out to us to make sure we had breakfast either in their terrace or giving us a to-go bag.
I’d definitely will stay here again.

Around the clock noise, our room was on the 2nd floor directly below the food prep and serving area so starting st 6am it was constant noise. People and dog noise until 1-2am. Staff friendly. This is more of a hostel with a bathroom (beware no window/glass just a mesh), running water was a hit or miss. Bugs and ants everywhere. We stayed here 3 nights.

While Hotel offers prime beachfront views, benefits stops there. Rooms on ground floor would have face risks of noise from guests on upper floors, along with uninitiated visits from insects. A crockroach crawled into the room during the night of my stay rendering some anxiousness as there is no hotel staff at night. The lack of proper ventilation in the room especially bathroom/toilet area meant constant humidity and towels once used do not dry easily even if left overnight. Overall amenities provided in rooms are basic (even though shower gel, shampoo, handwash and conditioner are provided) so best to bring your own. No room slippers nor facial tissues. Hot water is available only on 3rd floor which is cumbersome during the night. Breakfast alittle too basic though box breakfast available on request if one has early start.

Melina the receptionist was exceptionally professional and hospitable. She helped me alot and made my stay very pleasant with her tips, assistance and gracefulness.

Amazing! The staff is very friendly and warm, the gave us an upgrade and leave some chocolates for my mom on her birthday. Breakfast was good, the day we left since it was very early in the morning they gave a box lunch. Truly super kind. Beds were comfy, the view amazing. Great location

Great experience. The location is fantastic and the staff was excellent. Staff was attentive, even going the extra mile to pack us a breakfast to go and offering to help arrange a taxi for our early ferry. Breakfast every day was amazing: made to order with an incredible view.

Loved this hotel. The location is amazing right on the beach. There are tables where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Room was clean and staff were very kind and attentive.

This property is located right on the beach. Breathtaking views of pelicans fishing, waves crashing and the sounds of the ocean. This is your destination stay on Isabela. Super staff, an excellent morning breakfast and very helpful with tour pickup coordination. Within walking distance of Flamingos and a large iguana crossing. The town square is just down the street. Book it now!

The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was great, the view from the breakfast area and the room are gorgeous. Tatiana was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended we hope to be back soon

The property is beautiful - right on the beach, surrounded by fun restaurants, amazing views from the breakfast deck. The women working there were so wonderful, especially Tatiana and the woman making breakfast. Otherwise, I did not feel like it was worth the price. The rooms were smaller than they looked in the photos, and the windows weren't sealed so lots of bugs got in. The bathroom only has a screen, no window, and there was a ton of noise in the area late into the tonight which I didn't expect.

Nice little hotel. Great breakfast. Although the room they had me in on the ground floor was right next to the check in office and/or break room. I could hear all conversations taking place on the ground floor (sometimes at 5 in the morning).
Service was good when they were there but often not around. Through the front desk, I ordered a taxi to the pier. The taxi never showed and the front desk was just missing when I sought help so a maid helped me order another one. I expected better service from this hotel at those prices.
