ホテル内サービスはとても良い。唯一、園内シャトルバスのバス停がエントランスの前を通過して遠いバス停になるため雨日は濡れる。

新婚旅行で泊まった以来25年振りのホテルヨーロッパでしたが、雰囲気もスタッフの優しさも変わらず本当に楽しめました。宿泊者限定の運河一周サービスもとても良かったです。ラウンジでコーヒーを飲んでいたら、演奏が誕生日を祝う曲が流れてきて、誕生日の方を周りのお客さんも一緒になって拍手でお祝いされていたことがとても素敵だな〜って思いました。とても素敵な思い出をありがとうございました。

昨年の秋に宿泊し、また来ました。
今回は、ヨーロッパに、朝食付きで楽しみに宿泊しました。
気品さは素晴らしい。
ただ、1つ枕に短い髪の毛がついていたのが残念でしたが、あとは満足でした。孫も娘もリピーター希望しています。
以前より、賑やかになっているように感じました。店も空き店舗が減って明るくなっているように感じました。設立時のあの頃までにはいかないですが、サービスや割引等取り入れて、頑張って欲しいです！

玄関やロビーにバラの生花が置いてあり､いい香りがして素敵だった。朝食のメニューも豊富で美味しく､部屋も広くてサービスも行き届いていた。エレガントな気分になれた１日だった。

朝食も大変美味しかったです。オムレツは、動画を撮らせて頂いたので、ぜひ、作ってみたいと思います。

心温まる対応

翌朝早い出発を伝えた所、宿泊者用駐車場からホテルヨーロッパ用の駐車場を準備して貰えて助かった。
又、近いのにマイクロバスで駐車場迄送って頂き助かった。

ハウステンボス内のホテルですので、様々な付帯サービスがついており、空港からの送迎、荷物配送、温泉、宝塚の席も良い席で楽しめました。食事をつけてないプランで予約してしてしまいましたが、朝食も素晴らしいので、朝食付きプランをおすすめします。再度、訪問することがありましたら、絶対にホテルヨーロッパにします！
