Comfortable and large room
Wifi not so good and breakfast not more than average
Hotel is in a good location and they provide shuttle to and from the main areas. They even gave us adapters to charge our phones.
Staffs were nice and friendly.
Room was nice but walls and AC were a bit dirty. But they cleaned them after we requested them.
Need to have more options for breakfast

The location is top-notch, walking distance to the Siam Malls and many restos and massage places nearby too.
Nothing much. In one of the nights we stayed there was just a noisy neighbor/guest who kept banging his door open and shut in the middle of the night. It could be heard from our room. But other than this, all good!

Pillow is too soft for my liking and the door is not very sound-proof, so expect to be disturbed by any noise coming from the door.
I book 6 rooms at Nap Hotel. The room is big for Pratunam hotel standard. The breakfast is English breakfast. Dont expect rice. Service from receptionist and carts driver are super nice. Would love to book again. Thankyou.
