Celle la est la pire
Autant aller à Pinto Hostel juste à côté pour quelques baths de plus
Il n'y a pas de matelas, ce sont des carrés de transats durs
Le système de fermetures des portes est tels que lon doit claquer la porte des chambres à chaque passage
Aucune insonorisation
Check in permis au milieu de la nuit causant beaucoup de bruit
Cafard dans la salle de bain

As we had a bad experience two years ago, I've just think to give to this Hotel a second chance..(I was wrong)..

-breakfast, poor and same always and no any kind of cakes or maybe different choices... and poor quality ot the food.

-staff was nice.. but almost 50% of them are a bit sad.... and seems not happy..affect sure from the atmosphere of the hotel..

-cleaning is really low... ants on room.. ok,we ask to sort it out... next evening again... and yesterday again so we have to take rubbish out of clean by ourselves...

-pillows old ,uncomfortable and smelling..
-bathroom shower mat disgusting as was dirty.. same for 3.days..
Toilet paper finished we had to ask twice..
Cleaning general low.

Unfortunately noise from the room close.to us as a indian lady loud at phone at 1am...

Someone fart on corridor and lift from a group that was dancing indi music

Bad experience and we saw.that staff and managers didn't take any actions


Compare to last time,improvement 0.. Just price higher than expected... but too high for the service if Compare to other hotels in area and same.level..

ALSO 2 HOTEL IN SAME BUILDING ,Spittze hotel... amd cubic.. as rooms are almost same.. and use all spaces... why? Weird..

GOOD COMFORTABLE HOTEL
Pros:

Staff is great,all are kind well English spoken always smiling,bed very comfy ,I stay here many times, good Aircon,great water pressure in the shower,those coming for shopping I recommend this very near and walking distance, night very quiet can have peaceful sleep.

Cons:

Wish had more variety for breakfast it's same food daily coz I stay 5 nights,

Best value for location
Pros:

Great location in CBD 10 minute walk to 2 huge shopping malls and plenty if good restaurants around.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic and same same. A little variety would have been better. We ended up just going elsewhere.

I am not learning Indian language and I don't like the routine is broken and I hear this speech until 2am no one enforces the rules dirty the bed is hard the bedding is stained had to ask the staff to sweep the floors because it was very dirty I stayed for two nights
