This hotel was a highlight of our trip and easily our favourite in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better- right on the beach and just a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill, Parrot Rock, and plenty of dining options. We were so impressed by the ocean-view rooms that we upgraded on the spot, and it made our stay even more special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit

Booked for one night but ended up staying a day longer. Charming tiny hotel in a popular strip. The location is right off the main road with plenty of dining options nearby. Direct view of the Indian ocean from the bed in the mornings and evening is breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Request for a "devilled chicken" to have with a cold Lion beer. A truly Sri Lankan experience. Bravo Sea World Boutique Hotel.

We stayed for three nights with our 1 year old baby. The staff are excellent, so welcoming, and attentive and really enjoyed playing with our son. We had a sea view room, the view is beautiful, and the bathroom and shower were excellent - you can see the sea from the shower! The staff provided a lovely wooden cot which was perfect for our son. The cot fit next to the bed and the bed’s mosquito net covered the cot. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating of our child’s needs. All in all, we would recommend to other families and travellers. The staff are a credit to the place.

Sea World Boutique is a FANTASTIC hotel - we loved our stay there. The hotel itself is stunning (the pictures don't even do the beauty of the location justice!) but more than that, the staff are wonderfully welcoming, so friendly and it was a difficult day when we had to leave! Thanks to everyone for a brilliant few days in paradise.

Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist direkt am Stand, von der Terasse aus kann man das Getümmel auf dem Coconut Tree Hill beobachten. Kurzer Weg zu diesem beliebten Ort. Man ist schnell im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse, da war es tagsüber laut. Nachts kein Problem. Wifi war nicht so gut. Frühstück lecker. Mittagessen hatten wir auch einmal a la cart bestellt, war gut! Ausreichend Liegen und Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Great boutique hotel with amazing sunset views and a pool. The staff are excellent and went out of their way to ensure that we were looked after. The breakfast is outstanding!

Bad place. The Ari condition stop working 3-4 am and we couldn't call or feel anyone. And on the morning we say to Them its not working and they did nothing. After a good breakfast we had to Pay, where they tried to cheat us by currency count from USD to RS.

We only stayed for one night however the hotel was lovely. Small boutique hotel right on the beach with lovely pool. You can access the beach and do snorkelling to see turtles and can walk up to the coconut trees. Approx 5 minutes in a tuk tuk to mirissa for a very small fare. Hotel staff went above and beyond for everything we needed. The WiFi worked however wasn’t strong enough in our room for us to fill in our visa for Malaysia so they put a router in our room! Would recommend and would stay again

First reservation was pushed three days by hotel. I couldn't puch the trip som I made a new reservation which was paid and confirmed. At arrival it was not there and I had to pay an upgrade for a nicer room. I got 5% of the full price even though it was the hotells mistake. Also I had to pay cash or accept a credit card fee at 4%.
The hotel it self is very nice and calm right by the sea. The sea front rooms are fantastic and service level is high. Without the administrative hassle it woudl be perfect. Close to Mirissa beach which can be reached along the beach if you are a bit agile with a somewhat rocky path along the beach.

Man wird gleich herzlich mit einem Drink begrüßt, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt direkt mit einem Infinity Pool am Strand. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, ist aber langsam ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. In der Naehe gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten

Great location with a nice pool overlooking the ocean. The service was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Rooms by the street are very noisy. Would definitely come back.

Det her var virkelig et godt sted til den pris. Hotellet lå helt perfekt og havde en rigtig god udsigt. Medarbejderne var så søde og venlige, og særligt hotelmanageren var god til at hjælpe med eksempelvis transport. Vi fik frokost der en af dagene, og chefkokken lavede en fantastisk Rice and curry.
Det kan helt klart anbefales.

This property is in a great location, right on the beach a minute walk to the main area at turtle bay and 5-15 minute walk to most restaurants in Mirissa. The bus stop is also conveniently right outside the hotel. The pool however was not clean with tissues etc at the bottom , and the room smelt of damp. The manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

My family and I stayed here for a week early Nov and had a great stay here! Key highlights were;
- Friendly staff - they are a credit to the hotel, so kind & welcoming they really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable
- The sea view room had epic views the best sunsets & sunrises
- Location - right on turtle beach so you can catch a swim with the turtles

Despite this I would say that the hotel was slightly overpriced for several different reasons;
- Breakfast - we only got the option to have a Sri Lankan breakfast once during our stay which was delicious but would've liked this option a few more times. Also food took quite a while to come out
- Bathroom would always have ants in the evening and the shower was quite confusing to use
- Mini bar in the room would have been nice even if we had to pay extra for this

We loved staying here as we absolutely fell in love with Mirissa and the views but would probably decide on a more reasonably priced hotel if we return.

This hotel serve an amazing food (thank a lot for chef Tharanga) which you can have front of the pool with beautiful sea view. Located on Turtle beach, where you can grab the diving tools a see family of turtles (so cute, and mom so large). Recomend to stay here in the room with sea view. One of the best places for couples or single travelers.
