Cons:

Carpet was filthy w bugs. Room smelled.
AC did not work. Staff consistently lied and said it was working even as we both stood there and no air came out. It was a miserable experience. My Uber driver asked me why I had stayed there saying it was a hotel for couples not tourists.

the booking.com price and the price they charged from hotel is different.we didn't order anything else but theve increased the price,the booking person have no idea how to check booking.

Loud music at night, could not sleep.
Pros:

The room had a balcony overlooking the river which was nice.
The location close to Colombo was convenient.

Cons:

There was an event going on below us with heavy music blasting so loud so we couldn't sleep at all till 12AM.
Not recommended if you want a peaceful sleep.
No toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided.
