Check-in was very fast.

The facilities are old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning does not work, the room temperature was very high, and there are no mosquito nets on the windows.

Für eine Übernachtung reicht es wenn man keine Ansprüche stellt.
Cons:

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses. Angegangen von der Tiefgarage in der Müll herum fliegt. Die Teppiche in Flur und Zimmer haben viele Flecken. Die Wände könnten einen Anstrich gebrauchen. Das Frühstück für 15€ pro Person ist nicht verhältnismäßig.

Una oficina convertida en hotel
Pros:

La ubicación es buena cerca a Harras, la pieza estaba limpia.

Cons:

Las habitaciones se convierte en un horno en verano. El calor es tremendo. No hay climatizacion. No funcionó el Wifi en el 3er piso.
Tienen un problema de presión de agua en la ducha.

Enttäuschend, würde es nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption. Die Nähe zur Bahnstation und zur Innenstadt, vom Hotel aus in ca. 20 min. am Hbf.

Cons:

Keine neuen Handtücher über 4 Tage, bei Nachfrage kam die Antwort es gibt grade keine, wir sind ausgebucht evtl. morgen. Sehr lautes und hellhöriges (Wasserrohre) Zimmer. Flecken auf dem Teppich, schlechter Toilettensitz, Kreppband vom Streichen noch an den Fenstern. Auf die Frage ob Frühstück auch noch vor Ort buchbar ist kam die Antwort Frühstück haben wir diese Woche nicht.

Cons:

Kakerlakenbefall in den Zimmern und Fluren!!! Das Personal weiß Bescheid und tut nix! Dusche ist komplett verschimmelt…. Ich konnte dort nicht übernachten, musste mir ein anderes Hotel suchen und auf die Erstattung der gezahlten Kosten warte ich noch …. Kommunikation ist eine Katastrophe, keine Rückmeldung ….
