Bed was not a Queen as the reservation represented; no chairs in the rooms; microwave in room or anywhere else; bathroom gets cold with the door closed as there are no heating vents in there; coffee shop on first floor is great and the staff helpful and friendly but the shop door opens directly on to the street (no vestibule) and we were there on the coldest weekend in recent history...whole downstairs lobby was subject to frequent bursts of cold air

Receptionist was friendly. Location was really handy and the rooms were nicely decorated.
We think we spotted bed bugs in the early eve and sent a photo to reception alongside a polite request for clarification. Despite responding to an earlier question very quickly they just ignored the message. I have since complained and urged them to check the room, which they have assured me they will but not since letting others stay there. We have bites now (that we’re not certain are bed bugs) but are now having to rewash every textile in our home. We would have appreciated the opportunity to move rooms and far more attentiveness and diligence. Really poor.
The room was comfortable and had shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are robes, hairdryer and iron.
A nespresso machine and the ability to connect to Netflix, Apple TV, etc... would have been great. Some days the room was made up at then end of the day and the garbage hadn't be emptied.
