localización y relación calidad precio
地點很棒,旁邊就是地鐵站入口。附近是韓國城,美食很多。
剛進房間就踩到地板上有之前房客用過的隱形眼鏡,房間清理不是很好。
服務人員很親切,地理位置也很方便
房間燈光稍暗
Good Location, nice and efficient staff, pretty rooms and clean. Love the coffee shop and easy access to the subway.
The heating/ac system in the room was very loud
Clean, modern, good location, rooms decent size, v clean, gorgeous coffee shop downstairs
Nothing
Arrived at midnight but there was receptionist on standby waiting for us. Deposit of $200 on credit card - refundable. Room was spacious for two people. Daily room cleaning. Near to korean town i.e good food. Line 6 is just by the corner of the block and bus station easily accesible. 15 minute walk to Penn Station aka Madison Square Garden.
No free water in the room. Water dispenser available in the lobby
Location is good and it has a coffee shop
The photos are a.little misleading. The bar and restaurant aren't part of this facility not that I could see. Also the staff weren't helpful at the start but did improve
Not Qantas standard accommodation. Very small room for a couple with suitcases. Limited food options around. Disappointed with house cleaning coming late in day after we had returned to rest resulting in no clean. Not good value for money by Qantas standards
Fantastic location close to Empire States building, Comfy beds, big room for NY standards, friendly staff.
So noisy at night, even on high floors. There's no type of noise insulation from outside so you hear all the sirens and construction. Idk if that's just standard in America, I would have expected some double or triple glazing to stop that.
I stayed there for a short work trip. The location is good, but there is no way this is a "luxury" hotel. The "Deluxe King" room was tiny-- only room for the bed, basically-- and the services are limited. I realize that NYC rooms tend to be smaller, but this was striking. It was clean and the noise level was fine (which tends to be true of rooms with only one small window overlooking an air shaft). They also messed up my billing and did not send a receipt. I've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties, and this was one of the most disappointing.
Great price for a quick night in NYC. Staff was great and room was perfect
Nothing
Ótima localização e limpeza
Location, friendly and helpful staff, valet parking a major plus
Bed was not a Queen as the reservation represented; no chairs in the rooms; microwave in room or anywhere else; bathroom gets cold with the door closed as there are no heating vents in there; coffee shop on first floor is great and the staff helpful and friendly but the shop door opens directly on to the street (no vestibule) and we were there on the coldest weekend in recent history...whole downstairs lobby was subject to frequent bursts of cold air
Great location
The view was pretty bad considering we had an upgraded room
