מיקום טוב, 3 דקות ממוזיאון סנסברו.

Cons:

הציוד, הריהוט והאביזרים במלון מאוד מיושנים. מעלית מיושנת מאוד. הניקיון בחדר. אמבטיה קטנה. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד מינימליסטית.

A comfortable quiet hotel in the centre of the city with exemplary service
Pros:

Once you step through the solid wooden gate you leave behind the busy pedestrian street in the centre of the city and enter the calm of an ancient Palazzo. The hotel is on the second floor and is stylishly modern but retaining some original features hundreds of years old such as the painted ceilings. It is very comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts are good and there is a roof terrace with excellent views over the city and of Vesuvius. But the aspect that makes it stand out above and beyond other hotels is the superb customer service. The staff took care of our every need, hunting out restaurants that met our dietary requirements and booking them for us. Similarly, they found out what we particularly liked for breakfast and ordered it in specially for us the following day. In our experience it was exceptional.

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Great location. The staff offered coffee at no charge

Cons:

One of our rooms did not have a air conditioning that was cooling enough.
Staff was not helpful in changing the room for us.
Parking was hard to find and was a long walk with luggage on old style stone streets.

Wonderful stay in piece of Napoli history with brilliant staff
Pros:

It was truly spectacular- modern old world elegance - huge room and lovely oasis of calm off the bustling streets of Naples. The staff were exceptional - could not do enough for you and so friendly and welcoming.

A walking city and close to thing to buy for food and drink. Taxi were easy to get.
Pros:

Great room for a family . comfortable bed for parents and loft for 2 young adults .
Also a pull out couch that we did not use for sleeping .
Loved the 14foot doors and black out shutters also 14 feet ( found out they were 300 years old and restored.
Breakfast was a good spectrum if you are looking for an egg and meat breakfast otherwise plenty of on the road coffee and cake / sweets for the typical Italian breakfast.

Cons:

Naples is Naples and was a fun visit . Graffitii in a part of Naples aside of that all was well.

Pros:

Et lite, men meget hyggelig hotell midt i Napoli's hoved-gågate. Du får ikke taxi helt frem, men det er bare et par hundre meter å gå fra Piazza del Gesù Nuovo som er en fin plass for dropp on-of for taxi. Det blir ikke så mye mer sentralt enn dette. Betjeningen var meget hyggelig. Frokosten var god og rommet var meget romslig. Meget stille tross beliggenheten. God aircondition og gode senger. En takterrasse som kan benyttes om ettermiddagen hvor du har en fantastisk utsikt over hele byen.

Fantastisk personale meget hjælpsomme især Licia var en stjerne. Vi har rejst meget i hele verden men har aldrig følt os så velkommen og set som af hende.

Pros:

This is a small boutique hotel with beautiful, large rooms. It felt like maybe it was a studio apartment building before becoming a hotel. The service is the stand out. Staff are so pleasant and accommodating. Had a really great experience here!

För mycket turister o folk vid denna tiden i Napoli och väldigt nergånget på mycket hus o byggnader.
Pros:

Trevlig personal. Okey rum men ligger i gamla delen av Napoli med svår tillgänlgighet med bla Taxi. Mycket folk och lite halv skitigt på gator mm.
