L'hôtel idéal pour un séjour à Naples en famille
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible, de bon conseil...et le tout en français :)
L'hôtel est très calme alors qu'il est situé au centre ville et à proximité d'une rue très vivante.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et diversifié et servi dans une très jolie pièce.
Je recommande totalement !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located right in the city centre, and everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. The location truly couldn’t have been better.

The hotel itself was amazing. We stayed in a room for three people, and it was incredible – spacious, perfectly equipped, and spotless. Everything was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily and excellent housekeeping every day.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. Their friendliness really made a difference in our stay. The rooftop balcony with complimentary prosecco was the cherry on top – such a lovely touch and a perfect place to relax.

Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of both sweet and savoury options. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the breakfast staff were just as kind and attentive.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Cons:

The only small improvement would be having two separate blankets for the double bed instead of one shared blanket, but aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Hotel très propre.
Le personnel est vraiment très aimable et agréable. Un plaisir.
C'est aussi un très bel immeuble, avec une histoire.
L'hotel est idéalement situé. Vraiment idéal pour un séjour à Naples.
Je recommanderai cet hotel sans hesitation.

Treated so kindly, loved the history amazing location!!
Pros:

The staff were amazing!! It is a converted Palace and loaded with history…The staff so kindly helped us with luggage to the the taxi at the closest pickup point.
Excellent breakfast.
Our room was huge and spotless bathroom .
Plus extra points for the only hotel I have been in that has enough luggage racks for bags and suitcases!!
The bottled water everyday was lovely touch.

Cons:

The chairs in the room were quite stained showing their age, honestly would suggest just get rid of them, and the room would be fine!

Posizione incredibile, nel pieno centro storico.
Staff molto cordiale, colazione buona.

Cons:

Avevamo una soluzione familiare, con 3 letti e 3 bagni, tuttavia lo standard delle camere non era uniforme. Ben curata la stanza principale, con letto comodo e topper, abbastanza arrangiare le altre due stanze. Bagno della camera principale abbastanza confortevole, gli altri due veramente piccoli e rifiniti male.
Presa di corrente cadente nella camera su soppalco.
Micro Asciugacapelli da viaggio nelle stanze, perché non metterne uno di qualità?

Gorgeous boutique hotel ideally located in the historic district
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the historic center of Napoli. The place is enchanting in an old palazzo. The room is great, spacious and beatuifully decorated. The people at the reception where very kind and helpful. Would definitively return!

Erinomainen sijainti historiallisessa keskustassa – nähtävyydet, ravintolat ja Napolin tunnelma olivat heti oven takana. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias, ja he auttoivat meitä käytännön vinkkien avulla suunnittelemaan parhaan tavan tutustua kaupunkiin. Hotellilta pääsi kävellen kaikkialle, ja silti majoitus oli toimiva ja viihtyisä. Täydellinen valinta Napolin reissulle.

L'accueil de Licia a été exceptionnel ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. La chambre était un pur bonheur d'ancien et de moderne; l'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre historique.
