Loved it, Gennaro was fantastic, and the view was incredible.
Pros:

Gennaro at the desk is now one of my new favorite people in the whole world. he was so friendly, so accommodating, so kind, and always gave great recommendations. We were so impressed, he was basically running an entire hotel by himself most of our stay. The hotel was great, but it would not be half as great as it is without Gennaro.

Cons:

I only wish there was a full bar on the rooftop, but I also understand why there isn't.

Pros:

Staff were extraordinary, Marco in particular could not have been more helpful and friendly. He organised restaurant bookings, recommendations and taxis. The room (duplex) was very large and comfortable, beds were great. Even came with some basic gym equipment (yoga mat, balance ball, kettle bells) in the upper floor. Plenty of storage space for clothing. Large bathrooms, nice products in them to use as well. Location is central, right in the middle of the old town which is fully pedestrianised. Many bars and restaurants within 10 minute walk.

Cons:

Shower in upstairs bedroom of duplex did not work properly but there was another bathroom downstairs which was fine.
Breakfast was great, IF you are there early. If you are near the end of the sitting the choice is limited.

Wonder quiet haven in the heart of Napoli
Pros:

Wonderful location that is close to everything. We booked 2 executive rooms us and for the kids and it accommodated 4 boys easily (duplex)

Cons:

O Hotel fica numa rua com limitação de acesso por carro. Chegamos num domingo e tivemos que carregar as malas pela rua, pois não havia ninguém para ajudar no trajeto. No dia seguinte, quando partimos, já havia uma pessoa para nos auxiliar com a bagagem.
O banheiro é muito pequeno.

Ein ruhiger Platz in der Altstadt von Neapel
Pros:

Das Personal muss man da mal an erster Stelle nennen: äußerst freundlich, wie man es selten antrifft. Und hilfsbereit mit Tips und Restaurantbuchungen !
Die Lage ist einmalig: mitten in der Altstadt, keine 30 m von der trubeligen Spaccanapoli entfernt: versteckt hinter einem der großen Holztore in einem Innenhof ab dem 2. Stock aufwärts und mit schöner Terrasse auf dem Dach - die man am besten Abends geniesst.
Das Hotel ist in einem wirklich alten Haus untergebracht und hat dessen Charakter gut erhalten.

Cons:

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Very nice staff and great location in the centro storico of Napoli

The staff was very accommodating and sent us messages via WhatsApp, detailing parking and answering travel-related questions.

Cons:

The shower in the “loft” bedroom flooded the bathroom and bedroom upon immediately turning it on. My son had to pull the drain up, use his hands, attempting to unclog the hair and soap build up, but the blockage was much deeper and inaccessible. This made the shower upstairs unusable, abd we were woken up at 1 am due to needing to assist him with the clean up. He had to shower in our bathroom.

Tolle Lage, wenn man die mühsame Anreise in Kauf nehmen möchte. Danach sehr basic.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Am Ende selbst für italienische Verhältnisse weit weg von 4 Sternen. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist natürlich toll, die Anfahrt mit Auto/Taxi aber eben deswegen schwierig. Das heisst, man muss das Gepäck ein ganzes Stück durch die Stadt zerren, bis man ins Hotel gelangt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schlicht und einfach.
