Fantastic stay in a welcoming environment
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Fano was incredibly helpful and welcoming and went over and above to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Setting is fantastic, pool and spa facilities are great and breakfast top. You feel like you are at home. Only better :)

Pros:

L'hôtel est très beau, très bien situé entre Roussillon et Gordes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, le restaurant du soir etait lui aussi très bon. La chambre etait spacieuse, les équipements de l'hôtel correspondant à nos attentes.

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la propreté : à notre arrivée, il y avait des déchets de raisins dans les wc et le sol n'était pas tres propre.

People usually book a place like this for a treat and I left feeling a tiny bit fleeced.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic. The suite with direct access to the natural swimming pool was a real pleasure.

Cons:

We ate in the bistro garden in the evening and it was a beautiful setting, great service at the table, lovely cocktails but all let down by the staters/main courses. At this price point I would definitely expect more than ‘auberge’ style food. I’m sure it was a good example of what was acceptable at a local level but to me it was basic food. The lamb was tasteless and wrapped in leathery aubergine. The shallow small plate of risotto was sickly after a few spoonfuls. It was a real let down and R&L need to offer a much better international menu. There are numerous local restaurants if you want that experience.

An easy recommendation for relaxing in Provence

A beautiful property with lots of amenities and kind staff. Rooms were ample and the restaurant surprisingly good
