Страхотен хотел!Превъзходна закуска и местоположение,точно до плажа и много близо до центъра.Стаите се почистваха всеки ден.Много чисто,удобна баня.Препоръчвам на всички!

Pros:

Centralissimo, vicino alla spiaggia, gestito da persone gentili. Offre un servizio base cui non manca nulla. Camera con balcone, aria condizionata e tv, bagno con doccia. Letto comodo. Colazione a buffet completissima, molto sopra alla media.

Cons:

Stagione all’inizio, ma più avanti il parcheggio potrebbe diventare un problema.

La posizione è ottima. Molto vicina al centro. La colazione è varia tra dolce e salato e abbondante. Il letto è comodo.

Cons:

Si sentono i rumori della camera accanto. Doccia, acqua wc, phon. Un pò difficoltoso il parcheggio per auto di grandi dimensioni.

Abbiamo prenotato una notte in questa struttura circa un mese fa.
Appena entrate in camera, oltre all'illuminazione scarsa e tetra, abbiamo subito notato, in un angolo del soffitto una chiazza di muffa (alleghiamo foto).
Recateci in reception per segnalare il problema e chiedere un cambio camera abbiamo ricevuto una serie di risposte ridicole.
L'uomo in servizio al momento ha sminuito la criticità con frasi del tipo: "La macchia è piccolissima non si vede neanche", "Ci sono hotel 4 stelle con molta più muffa", come fosse la normalità.
Vano anche il nostro tentativo di spiegargli il pericolo per la salute. Ci siamo sentite dire: "Ho dormito per anni in stanze con la muffa e sono qui a raccontarlo".
La sua soluzione proposta è stata lo sconto dell'aria condizionata (5€ di sovrapprezzo) e la possibilità di avere qualche bevanda gratis.
Il cambio camera ci è stato negato e possiamo capirlo considerando il weekend del Rimini WELLNESS, ma è inammissibile sentirsi dire: "Se volete vi rimborsiamo la camera a patto che la liberiate subito." Questo a mezzanotte passata.
Considerando il prezzo pagato per la notte non ci aspettavamo certo un hotel di lusso, ma una struttura ricettiva (3 stelle) dovrebbe comunque garantire degli standard igienici minimi, e saper risolvere i disagi degli ospiti con tatto e cortesia.
