Great location to all attractions. Marina is great!
Pros:

It’s close to everything we wanted to go to and see.

Great play!! Great location!!
Pros:

I stayed from M-F after a knee surgery and all of the facilities helped meet my needs, plus my daughters gluten free needs at the adjoining restaurant, Mile Marker One. I was very happy with the friendly staff and accommodation!

Ask for UPDATED room
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was good and the location on Marina was nice.

Cons:

Be sure to ask for an updated room. We were put into one of there 10 NON updated rooms. Room was old/outdated but bathroom was worse. In bathroom, holes in wall, dirty looking tub, paint job to hide how old it looked was shoddy.

Location and view was very nice rooms were sub par.
Pros:

Location was very nice views of Marina and Annisquam River.

Cons:

Room was old, furniture was stained, sagging and old and carpeting was stained and old. Not a comfortable relaxing feeling. I expected more of the room for the price point.

Pros:

Location was good. Bedroom and view were nice. Enough towels abd stuff.

Cons:

Bathroom needs work. Baseboard peeling way from wall. Bath insert creeks, bathroom door didn't close. Light switch by the door pertruding out of the wall. Would have been nice to know that deck extended to rest of rooms and dock so no privacy on marina view.

We had a lovely, virtually perfect stay. Breakfast was hot, delicious, and since it was included, an unexpected bargain.
Pros:

Lovely property. Beautiful location. Gorgeous views. Very convenient to everything in Gloucester. We enjoyed being a bit away from the center of activity. Great water pressure in the shower!

Cons:

A little noisy on the second floor. Could hear kids running around upstairs. If that would bother you, the third floor might be a better fit. Would try that next time. But we were so tired from our drive, it didn’t really bother our sleep. If stairs are an issue, keep in mind there is no elevator here.
