The front desk person was at least trying to help, which I do appreciate. The issue was not her fault, she was just doing what the manager wanted.
They charged us a $100 deposit instead of a $50 deposit like their listing on here says. Then when we got to our room and the *non smoking* room reeked of cigarettes, even having the smell in the walls. My mom l, who was with me, is allergic to cigarettes and this was very upsetting. When brought to their attention, they were saying that the room “didn’t smell like cigarettes the day before” which I find hard to believe. They then improperly used an ozone reactor in an occupied room which is incredibly unsafe and dangerous. My pets were in the room. They said it would be good after 20 minutes but I looked it up and it’s incredibly toxic and needs to be aired out for 2-4 HOURS after treatment. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere in the better interest of our health and my animals even though it cost us double the price to book last minute.
The front manager was the friendliest person I've met. She was more than kind and helpful in every single way.
Cheap and location
Room smelled like cigarettes and ozonator
I liked the room and then how friendly the staff were to me.
There was no toilet paper when I first arrived in the room.

It was close to downtown and lots of different food options, a grocery store, the room was clean, problem was they were supposed to give us a room with a kitchen and they gave us just a basic room
Staff gave us wrong room, most staff was great, owner and the rest of her staff were super racist, followed me, my boyfriend and friends (two black gentlemen) around harassing us, kicked us off the property her husband owns right down the street (Bel Aire Motel) for too much traffic ( I was doing laundry, going back and forth from room to laundry room) oh and specifically kicked out the friends that were black, we also watched her kick out a room of 4 black gentlemen that had just got into town and were trying to just get some rest before continuing their travels, stating they got kicked out because not everyone was registered to the room (even though all 4 men were registered to their room) she also said our friend's service dog was not allowed to be there because one of her staff was allergic, even though they had a dog in the office the whole time and other rooms had dogs in them that weren't service animals, At the Motel 6 she harassed us nonstop, called the cops so many times on us the cops basically told her they weren't showing up anymore, because it wasn't illegal to cuss at her, she tried to say our friend was trying to steal a car (he was no where near it nor was he trying to steal anything, she was harassing us the whole time telling us we were trash passed from the Motel 6 property, so when we moved all our belongings to the property that belonged to a restaurant right in front of the hotel (we were waiting for our Lyft) she called the restaurant and told them we were trying to do a bunch of illegal stuff in their parking lot, she racial profiled our friends again saying our colored friends were trying to break into and steal cars (once again, no where near any vehicles and definitely not thieves) continued to scream at us, follow us around and call the cops on us for cussing at her (telling her to leave us the f alone, we were just waiting for our Lyft driver)
Not too high priced! Has fast food places very close to it! Comfortable
No lamp, good thing I took my travel lantern, and no USB plug in, good thing I had a battery pack for my phone! Can't the TV channels match the #s of the actual channels!?
