The bathroom was clean

The room felt empty all there was in it was a bed a small table and a microwave and the rest was completely empty but felt like we were put in an unfinished room last minute

Overpriced and Noisy
Pros:

Location, walking distance from several food options, friendly & helpful staff

Cons:

Very noisy location, noise carried throughout the location quite loudly. Bed was uncomfortable. Price for 1 night was quite expensive for the "value."

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Appears to be reasonably priced for Missoula.
Pros:

I loved that it was close to the freeway. My too was clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly and helpful (put me in à ground floor room so I didn’t have to wrestle with all my stuff up à flight of stairs)

Cons:

Not close to dining (not fast food) or entertainment. The back end of the property looks pretty seedy

Fit our need for the concert but would never stay again or recommend it.

Never again..burn it down...
Pros:

Hair in drain...toilet doety.. no charging ports.. extremely high rate had nerve to request 100 hold on a hotel room everything was bolted down . Garbage can had throw up in it when went to change the garbage bag maid laughed at me handed me 2 new bags and that was it...disgusted..

Timeliness on house keeping or better communication and management would be an improvement.

The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well.

Cons:

Upon checking in and receiving our room key just before 5pm we went up to our room only to find that it had yet to be attended to by house keeping after the previous visitors. There was still trash in the room and the bed used. Was told house keeping wouldn't be able to get to the room for at least another 39 minutes. The excuse was that there was only one house keeper yet myself and another couple had observed 3 house keeping staff members standing around talking outside of rooms near the back of the hotel upon entering the parking lot. Check iut is at 11am, check in is supposed to be set for 2pm. We checked in just before 5pm and the room hadn't been cleaned. This is just pure poor management and communication of which rooms have been attended to. They should have a system and communication for which rooms are clean so that when when guests check in they are being given keys to clean rooms instead of having to wait. We proceeded to go about our evening plans but had to wear our travel clothes instead of the intended clothing for our night out. At least the room was clean when we came back and we were able to get some rest.

Ok'ish place to sleep
Pros:

Location was ok, close to Missoula downtown area.

Cons:

Refigerator worked, but you could not close the door as it was broken for the top left corner. Freezer side was barely working (you could freeze your water/liquids, nothing else)
