Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut, die Lage ist nahe der U-Bahn. Das Eis ist sehr lecker!
Das Personal ist recht kühl, das Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt und nicht wie gebucht wirklich Buffet, da man nur einen Bagel oder eine Waffel bekommt. Das war von Booking her vorher nicht ersichtlich. Das Zimmer war morgens total feucht, die Klimaanlage geht direkt aufs Bett, was echt unangenehm ist.

Everyone who assisted us spoke English, and they were polite and helpful. I would like to give special thanks to Koto, Taiki, and Keita (I hope I spelled their names correctly). The three of them were efficient, friendly, and did everything with excellence. They made a huge difference in our stay. Thank you very much.
About the hotel:
Great location.
The hotel is full of personality, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The record player in the room and the selection of vinyls available are a charming touch, and the lobby is wonderful. We spent lovely moments there drinking wine and listening to music.
Breakfast: simple, tasty, and well served.

対応してくださった皆さんは英語を話せて、とても丁寧で親切でした。特にKotoさん、Taikiさん、Keitaさん（お名前の綴りが合っていると良いのですが）に感謝をお伝えしたいです。お三方とも対応が迅速で、親しみやすく、すべてにおいて素晴らしい対応でした。おかげで滞在がより特別なものになりました。本当にありがとうございました。
ホテルについて：
立地がとても良いです。
ホテルは個性にあふれており、快適で心地よい雰囲気です。客室にあるレコードプレーヤーと自由に楽しめるレコードのセレクションはとても魅力的で、ロビーも素晴らしい空間でした。ワインを飲みながら音楽を楽しみ、とても良い時間を過ごしました。
朝食：シンプルで美味しく、十分な内容でした。
Excellent facilities and room, lovely staff and free ice creams and drinks were a nice touch.
The area was quiet which will be good for some ravellers. A bit further from main sites but a 5 min walk from the subway and 15 mins from Kyoto station.
Wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, loved the interior decor and the record player in the room. The evening wine and snacks in the lobby provided a great way to meet fellow travelers.
Hotel She had a super cute lobby and we loved the complimentary ice cream. The room was well appointed with thoughtful features like a record player and we loved borrowing a record from reception and listening to it in our room. The room was fairly small but really comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out for the size.

Fun, different, friendly. Clean, opening windows. Accommodating staff. Ice cream and a wine after a busy day was a bonus.
Enjoyed “everything”. If you are “picky” maybe it’s not the right time placefor you. Breakfast was fabulous as outlined on line so check that out esp if you are expecting the full buffet.

Funky friendly vibe, close to bus, train and subway, nice room, great breakfast and complimentary drinks made for a great welcome after a long day sightseeing.
Super Lage. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Betten bequem. Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abends das leckere Eis war ein Muss. Würde hier auch wieder übernachten.
Zimmer etwas verbaut um Platz für die Koffer zu haben.
Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Good location for transport 10 minute walk to Kyoto station and buses and subway a few minutes walk. Nice to have a lounge area with drinks and ice cream 🍦 😋
Small bathroom with low sink.
清潔感があり、快適だった。インテリアのセンスが抜群に良い。アナログレコードを聞けるという珍しいサービスもあり、タイムスリップしたような感覚を味わえて部屋での過ごし方が充実したものとなった。室内には観葉植物が飾ってあり、自分の部屋でくつろいでるような、それでいて非日常の癒しの空間を満喫出来た。朝食のベーグルも美味しく食べごたえあり。コーヒーが想像以上に美味しかった。
朝食がちょっと値段高めだったので、スープでもつけばなお良かったと思う。
宿代は現地払いを希望したが、支払い方法の選択肢の中に現金払いがなく、クレジット払いを選択。しかし現地に着いてみると現金払いを求められた。現金払いが選択肢の中になかったことを伝えたが、ちゃんと処理されたるのか心配。
Loved the location which was close to the train station and the free drink and ice cream in the evening, which was perfect after a long day sightseeing.
Although I liked the concept of being able to take records and play them in the room, for rooms that are already rather small the record player took up valuable space. The room wasn't particularly clean (ps, don't look under the bed - thick sheet of dust) and the rooms would get so much condensation that the windows and ledge would be dripping after a shower. There was also some confusion over whether breakfast was included as on booking.com it said breakfast was included in all room rates which isn't the case.
