Very nice personal stay that stand out.
Pros:

Great bang for your buck if you mainly visit the tourist shrine and temples. It's also close to the main station and the shopping mall with every store you can possibly need. It's in a slower ( more chill) and relaxed area that has some small and cozy itzikayas. You get a great staff that speak good English. The personal touch of the hotel is super nice! Make sure to get ice cream and some drink. It's

Cons:

It's on the " wrong side" of the main station if you want to try out the nightlife and the buzz of the city. The ventilation of the room is kinda bad, so if you got wet clothes they take forever to dry, and you might get fog on the window from using the shower. You can open the window tough and it's solved.

Hotel con complejo de discoteca.
Pros:

La ubicación muy cerca de la línea de metro, de la estación de Kyoto y con parada de autobús hacia Gion y otras zonas turísticas muy cerca. La calle tiene cerca Izakayas y tiendas de conveniencia.
El personal del hotel muy amable y atento en todo momento.

Cons:

Bajo mi punto de vista es un hotel que quiere ser tan moderno que pierde la identidad.
En 4 días que estuvimos alojados sólo se limpió un día la habitación. Supuestamente te vaciaban a diario la papelera (no sucedió) y las toallas te las cambiaban bajo petición (eso sí).
El agua del baño salía turbia y no nos atrevimos a beber del grifo. El baño estaba forrado de plástico por lo que cuando se duchaba el segundo el baño estaba totalmente húmedo y resbaladizo, lo que lo hacía incómodo.
Está muy bien el detalle del helado diario, los snack, pero creo que para mejorar la estancia hay que primar en cosas más importantes como la limpieza que sí ofrecen otros hoteles de Japón de su categoría.

L'hotel è molto bello e curato, fantastica l'opzione dell'aperitivo offerto ogni sera. Bella anche l'idea del gelato (molto buono!) e della possibilità di scegliere dei vinili da portare in camera.

Cons:

Purtroppo durante la nostra visita l'acqua calda non funzionava, per questo motivo hanno offerto dei ticket da utilizzare presso dei bagni pubblici nelle vicinanze. Ok per l'offerta di un'alternativa, ma questo disguido ha reso il soggiorno poco piacevole, da considerare che la nostra vacanza ha avuto luogo a gennaio, faceva davvero molto freddo.

Το δωμάτιο το είχαμε κλείσει αρκετούς μήνες πριν την άφιξη μας. Δυστυχώς μια μέρα νωρίτερα μας ενημέρωσαν πως δεν έχει ζεστό νερό τις ώρες αιχμής, αλλά σε διευκρινίσεις που ζητήσαμε μας αποκάλυψαν πως δεν έχει καθόλου ζεστό νερό, όλες τις ώρες και μας πρότειναν ένα κουπόνι την ημέρα για κοντινά δημόσια λουτρά. Τελικά μας επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα και μείναμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο που κλείσαμε μόνοι μας .... Όμως πιστεύω πως θα έπρεπε να φροντίσουν οι ίδιοι για αυτό ή έστω η Booking που δεν απάντησε ποτέ σε σχετικό ερώτημα μας.

住ㄉ很爽，有黑膠可以借到房內聽。附近都是住宅區所以很安靜，附近3分鐘有lawson 很方便。住客每天有一球冰淇淋吃，好吃。

房間舒適，空間夠大，可以平攤一個26吋行李箱。
備品充足，除了洗沐用品（很香）外還有臉部卸妝、化妝水、乳液。

Excellent experience all around!
Pros:

The free breakfast was excellent but even better was the free ice cream, drinks and snacks in the evenings. You can also borrow 2 records each day, and that was really fun

Pros:

無料のアイスがとても美味しかった。ラウンジもフリードリンクがいただけるし、いやすい雰囲気で良かった。部屋もおしゃれ。価格も安いので、コスパが良いと思った。

お風呂のお湯の温度が最高でも少しぬるかった。自分の出し方が悪かったのかもしれませんが。
