無料のボトルウォーターやコーヒーが毎日飲めるのはとてもよかった。

Cons:

まずチェッインしたら二人で泊まってるのに部屋にタオルセットが1つしかなくて、そのひとつもとても汚かった。わざわざフロントまで行って交換してもらいました。
2日目、朝ホテルを出て夜に帰ってきたら勝手にルームクリーニングが入ってた。ルームクリーニングする場合は頼んでください。と書いてあったので、私達は頼みませんでした。なのに勝手にクリーニングが入っていて、財布も置きっぱなしだったし、下着もベッドに置いたまんまだったので勝手に下着を触られてルームクリーニングに入られました。とても不快です。フロントに伝えたところ、クリーニングの依頼があった。と言っていたが私達は依頼していません。ちゃんとした謝罪もなくもう泊まることはないです。

Terrible should of been 75$ dollars or less

Nothing at all!!

Cons:

Very cold ac don’t stop blowing in unit even when we put the heat on and our sheets looked dirty and we couldnt get more when when requested and they tried to charge us to get a extra shower towel when they only gave us 1 coming from America for business this was terrible choice

Nice place with good location
Pros:

Super nice staff, big room with separate shower, toilette and bathtub. Free water, two juices and coffee alongside a microwave in the lobby, service upon request

Cons:

Some little moldy spots in the room, but no comparison to other hotels and accommodations in Seoul

Pros:

The front desk staff were really helpful, they lent us chargers, ordered our taxi to the airport, gave us towels and other supplies when we asked. The room wasn't as I expected from other reviews. They weren't spotless but they were decent enough for us. The room was spacious as well with kettle, fridge, TV with netflix, a table and chairs and sufficient plugs. We were on 5th floor so had good views also.the hotel exceeded my expectations from the reviews I read so was pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

Only negative thing to add is the waterfall shower head was a bit loose. So when moved, it actually came away from the threads but luckily was caught so no injuries. I think the hotel should have maintenance checks often on top of cleaning.

Cons:

Clean hotel with clear booking info. Check-in only at 22:00 (stated online but still inconvenient). The air conditioner was broken in summer, no room change due to full booking, only a fan provided, no compensation or partial refund.

環境整潔，CP值高，訂房資訊清楚。但入住時間是22:00（訂房網有標示，要提早入住需多付費），夏天冷氣壞掉無法用，客滿不能換房，只提供電風扇，沒有補償或部分退費。

호텔은 깨끗하고 예약 정보도 명확했습니다. 그러나 체크인은 22시에만 가능(온라인에 명시되어 있지만 불편), 여름에 에어컨이 고장, 만실로 방 교체 불가, 선풍기만 제공, 보상이나 환불 없음.

Pros:

駅近で便利。立地重視の場合には良いかも。安いプランはチェックイン時間が基本は夜10時なのが残念。15時だとかなり割高。
部屋の清掃は行き届いていないです。チェックインして部屋に行ったら床に髪の毛が何本も落ちていて気持ち悪かった。
