Great location and comfy stay!
Pros:

The location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was handy. Secure parking in the basement.

Cons:

No toiletries in the bathroom and only minimal cutlery, glassware, bowls, etc.

Cons:

The curtains were dirty with something splashed all over them. The wall next to toilet was also dirty and bathroom door didn’t close.

the smell in the room was throat burning people smoke on the balcony the smoke good in the room it stinks and has a stale smell . only air the room or when people r going to stay the douna was dirty carpets stains on it

Enjoyable, Pleasant, would come back again
Pros:

The accomodation exceeded my expectations. This is my second stay and it has been absolutly enjoyable like my first. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Bonus is it has a secure underground parking.

Pros:

Secure parking on site was good. Being able to get up to the room from parking area was safe.

Immediate area and outlook where not attractive. Room was very small and the couch wasn’t comfy.

The room had drawings on the walls, the bathroom sink had burn marks and the microwave is nearly on the floor making it hard to read the buttons and use the microwave without getting down on the ground.

On arrival reception offered upgraded room to make the 3 of us more comfortable. The room had all the conveniences we required, and for a small fee the car was securely parked overnight. The lift made access between room and car park easy. Hot shower, comfy beds and friendly staff. Will be staying again.
