Bed and pillows were very comfortable . It’s a bit hard to find as the carpark is off a back street but you can’t get in

Could have been cleaner. We found dishes in the dishwasher but not sure whether they were used or clean as we left them there!

Comfort Apartment Box Hill is very convenience. Will come back next time !
Pros:

Location is very strategic, closed to the public transport, restaurants and shops. Check in is easy and they have a ramp lift for the heavy luggage if you're coming with public transport and walking which is convenience. Room is not spacious (ok for short stay where you mostly are going out) but room is clean and the interior is quite modern too. Facilities are quite complete (mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing + drying machine), TV and sofa. Air con is inverter one, working well as the heater during winter time. They also have a car park about $10-15/night, but we're not driving so not really using it.

Cons:

Maybe more plates, bowls, cups and cutleries. No frying pan only boiling pan. Sofa in not comfortable enough but we're not staying inside a lot so not a big deal. If I have to pick something else, maybe also refurnish the lobby area to be more presentable and modern.

Had radiant heater in the room. Assuming due to the reverse cycle not working in the heat setting. Took a long time to realise why room was cold and not heating up.

Pros:

The location to the hospital for us was very handy. The Kitchen was great for a studio apartment.

Cons:

I felt the cleaning standards weren’t really up to scratch. There were marks on the headboard that looked like blood. I had to clean it before I could sleep. The back of the bathroom door was also pretty grubby.
