Pool seemed clean and well kept.

Cons:

I had two rooms. First room AC did not respond. Took forever to cool down then when too cold took forever to stop blowing. Then with the poor response of the AC of course I sweated on the sheets and the hotel tried to charge me for "spots" on the sheets and pillow. No safe in first room and had to ask for a safe. First room the shower was a little nasty but I asked for second room and shower was clean.
While there we ordered food which we brought back to eat. I asked the desk for plates and silverware. After 40 minutes and nothing brought to room I called and asked again. Nothing was ever delivered.
Buffet had a lot of choices but unless you got the food as soon as it was brought out it was cold.
Location was poor. While there is limited options near by, I didn't expect to have to take a grab to get to anything worth trying.

Great room, great service, absolutely amazing food
Pros:

Our experience at B Hotel was a memorable one. We spent our anniversary here and everyone was so nice. Our Double Superior King Room was really spacious and cozy at the same time. We had our anniversary dinner at Johnny’s Steak and Grill and we absolutely fell in love with the Ishiyaki and their other steak offers. The staff there were also very nice and generous. We will definitely come back again!

Awesome stay
Pros:

Our stay was awesome though we were not able to use the pool due to bad weather. Breakfast was the best. Good buffet spread and dishes keep on changing daily. Fluffy pancakes were prepared by the Chef, I forgot to get his name, my daughter loved it. Leona was the best. She always check back on us and make sure we are happy with our breakfast. Kudos to Leona! Requested for crispy bacon and lo and behold.. She serves it daily before we ask for it. Ephraim was also there to always clear our table. Though I hope there will be other choices for the tea instead of just having Lipton. Nikko, the room attendant, was A okay! He made sure towels and linen were changed. Will definitely come back.
