部屋は綺麗だけど空調調整不備でクーラーが効き過ぎて寒い
スタッフの方が皆親切で対応がとても良かったです。古さを感じますが、お部屋も綺麗で大浴場も良かったです。
1つ残念なのは、水風呂が温すぎたこと。

大変綺麗なホテルで、周辺に食べもの屋さんもたくさんありました。
全体的にホテルじたいは良いが駅前と言うこともあり民衆が騒いでいた。

駅そばなのに、階下の大浴場は、ありがたい。レストランでランチもやっており、助かった。
大浴場が温泉なので是非入って欲しいです。温泉ということで周辺には飲食店もありますが、遅い時間になると、音楽をガンガンかけた飲み屋もあり、特に声は掛けられませんでした。深夜はラーメン屋さんがあるので小腹が空いたらどうぞ。

Rooms booked were large. Staff spoke little or no English but were very helpful when we communicated over Google translate.

飲食店がまわりに多い立地でした。ゆっくり温泉に入ることが出来ました。
素晴らしい。豪華な内装、施設で、申し分なし。
朝食も温泉も良かった。
出張で2泊3日で利用しました。ツインルームを予約したので、部屋はとても広くて良かったのですが、全体的にチグハグな印象です。
不満なのは3点。1つ目はエアコンの調節が難しいこと。加湿器も用意されてましたが、かなり空気が乾燥することに加え、温度を下げると今度は朝方がかなり寒いという感じで、温度と湿度の保ち方が難しいです。
2つ目は部屋の広さの割にトイレがとても狭い。便座に座るとドアが目の前に来るので圧迫感がものすごいです。ツインルームで大浴場付きなら、いっそのことユニットバスではなく、トイレを広めにしてシャワールームにすればもっと満足度が上がると思います。
3つ目は朝食バイキングが2日ともほぼ同じメニューだったこと。これが最もがっかりした点です。連泊の方はバイキング頼まない方が良いです。和食はいいけど、パンのほうはバリエーションもなく、コンビニで買ったほうが良い有様です。
逆に良かったのは温泉大浴場です。
在浸完溫泉後的化妝室內，欠缺一切所需梳洗設備，如毛巾，梳，棉花棒和護膚品的基本的用品，
朝食が安いのに豪華で驚きました。部屋も静かで良かった。
ただシャワーのヘッドが正面に固定できず壁側に向いてしまうのは気になりましたが、料金が安く部屋も広く全体的にかなり良かったです！ぜひ次も利用したいです。
Rooms were good size, Onsen public bath was good, walkable distance from Tottori Station and nearby convenience store. Only bad thing was that it was easy to hear neighbouring rooms use their sinks and showers.
大浴場がとてもありがたかったです。またサウナがあり良い体験ができました。
白バラコーヒーと牛乳の自販機があって、3度ほど、コーヒー牛乳を買って楽しみました。とてもおいしかったです。自販機が5種類位あって、アイスクリームやおつまみ、お酒、お茶などが買えて充実してました。
フェイスタオルが１枚しか無く、温泉で使用したら翌日の洗顔用が無い。２枚は置いて欲しい。 雨が降っていたが駐車場（ホテルの向かい側）が２階の屋外しか空いておらず、急な滑りやすい階段をスーツケースを持って降りるのは大変だった。
