Cons:

Il n y avait personne pour m accueillir alors qu il été convenue de mon arrivée tardive, j ai été obligé de passer une nuit dans un autre hôtel, ils mon quand même facturer la nuit que j ai pas passé chez eux

A very nice small hotel revisited
Pros:

I visit hotel Celi every year and it is as good as ever, the room has a lot of space and everything is working and location is perfect for my needs.

I wished that the wifi was better and stronger
