Perfect hotel for a trip in the historical center of Istanbul

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul! Located in the heart of the city, it’s close to and dare I say a walkable distance from almost any main attraction of Istanbul. Our stay here was perfect! The rooms were clean, they tidied it up every day, they had anything you need, both in the room and in the hotel in general. The view from our room was amazing, it was overlooking the Yeni Mosque and the Galata bridge (I inserted photos with our room view). The breakfast was good daily, it had a little from everything. The bars and coffee places close to the hotel were also great, they had both international and local cuisines, beverages and delicious deserts.
We had a great stay at this hotel and I would come back here for sure!

the only downside I could find was that the coffee they served during breakfast time was quite bad

A teraszon (étterem) nem szolgáltak ki egyik este. 10 percet vártunk az asztalnál, senki nem jött oda. Akik utánunk érkeztek, ők mindjárt kaptak étlapot.

Hyvä sijainti, kaikki lähellä, nähtävyydet, ravintolat, kulkuneuvot. Kattoterassi-ravintolasta upeat näkymät koko kaupunkiin. Aamupala oli ok.

Cons:

Ruuhkainen alue, paljon ihmisiä, kävellessä täytyi varoa liikennettä, ettei jää raitiovaunun alle. Öisin meteliä kadulta.

Cons:

На жаль розчарував сніданок. Дуже малий вибір, а те що було, явно замало або ж абсолютно не ранкова їжа як от наприклад картопля фрі.

Хотела има идеална локация . Близо до градски транспорт, пристанище, забележителности. Закуската беше разнообразна всеки ден , чистенето на стаята също беше всеки ден. Хотела е в стара сграда ,но чист ,уютен и със сигурност ще го посетим отново при следващото ни пътуване . Гледката от стаята ни беше повече от перфектна ,виждаше се и Босфора и пристанището и Новата Джамия и се събуждаш с хубава гледка и си готов да се потопиш в техният забързан живот. 😍

Die Lage war top.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir leider sehr unzufrieden mit dem Zimmer und dem Service. Das Zimmer war extrem klein, sodass man sich kaum bewegen oder drehen konnte. Das Bett stand direkt an der Wand, wodurch es für das Reinigungspersonal offenbar schwer zugänglich war. Dadurch hatte man auch den Eindruck, dass das Bett nicht wirklich gründlich gereinigt wurde.

Auch die Dusche war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer lediglich einmal oberflächlich gereinigt, obwohl uns zugesichert wurde, dass täglich gereinigt wird. Die Handtücher wurden nur einmal gewechselt, und das Bett wurde lediglich etwas zurechtgemacht, aber weder richtig gereinigt noch frisch bezogen.

Besonders unangenehm war außerdem, dass an den Gardinen getrocknete Popel und Hustenschleim zu sehen waren. Das empfanden wir als sehr unhygienisch und unangenehm.

Zusätzlich war die Luft im Zimmer sehr stickig und unangenehm. Da ich Asthmatikerin bin, hat sich meine Atmung dadurch deutlich verschlechtert. Nach dem Aufenthalt hatte ich sogar Atemnot bzw. Asthmaanfälle, was die Situation für mich besonders belastend gemacht hat.

Insgesamt waren wir von der Sauberkeit, dem Komfort des Zimmers und dem Service sehr enttäuscht.Wenn du möchtest, kann ich dir auch noch eine etwas diplomatischere Version schreiben, die trotzdem deutlich ist, aber bei Hotels oft mehr Chance auf eine Entschädigung oder Rückmeldung hat.
