Location,clean

Cons:

Elevator was out, had to carry all the luggage up 3 flights of stairs....was very hard at our ages.

Liked the location for where we were going.

Cons:

Being charged more for our dog than was originally advertised. Didn't like that the elevator was broken. Had to go up 4 flights of stairs for a pet room.

Dirty room. Bedspread and sheets had hair, grease and blood on them. Cookies in floor by bed. Seen a mouse, how ironic. Used towels and washcloths in bathroom.

Overall a great stay with my family
Pros:

The staff were nice and the hotel was clean

Cons:

That the did not have enough carts to move my luggage to and from my room and that the only 2 carts they did have people kept in their rooms.

Close to everything ,quiet and loved the pool

Cons:

The room had hair beads still all over the floor they had the ac set at 60 which made it really cold in there and when I tried to change it it would not change temperature almost like it was locked at that setting.

Lovely. I would return.
Pros:

clean, front desk staff was great.
the cookies and fresh flavored water was such a lovely addition. shower was hot and clean.

Cons:

The front doors tot the building were constantly left open
This allowed the AC to leave and the high temperature and humidity to enter the lobby area. Making breakfast in the lobby unbearable.

My stay exceeded my expectations from their employees calling me the morning of my arrival double checking something tha
Pros:

A couple of things I enjoyed about the property.
1. Is the location. BIG WIN! It is next to a super Walmart, soo many other stores and food places to choose from in less than a 1 mile radius.
2. How clean and having a modern look. It gave me vibes of a 5 star hotel. It was clean throughout the whole entire hotel. Also the pool area located in the basement.

Cons:

The breakfast selection could have been a slight better. But that’s something real small and basic.
