I don't know what was better, the comfy bed or the customer service.
Pros:

The customer service by the staff was exceptional. We were greeted and checked on by all staff members. The hotel was clean. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfy. It was also very quiet, even though it was a very busy hotel!!

Cons:

Wish the parking lot were a little bigger. It was very busy, and we had to park very far away.

Would stay here anytime I am in the area. Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Very clean and modern. Staff and front desk manager were super helpful and friendly. One of the nicest hotel stays i have ever had. Breakfast was incredible.

Pros:

The hotel is top notch. Super clean and well maintained. Staff was super helpful and even had a list of recommended places to eat. Stayed there twice in two weeks coming and going to spring training in phoenix.highly recommended!

Cons:

Wish they had a printed out tv channel list in the rooms. It was a hassle to find what I wanted because the tv switched channels so slowly.
