Great staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. Beautiful location.

(Paid) parking outside the hotel. Very safe late in the evening.
Staff is very courteous: we arrived quite late. At some point that afternoon, the staff (Anna) called us to ask what time we would arrive. She gave me tips of where to retrieve the keys late in the night. When we finally arrived, the staff was closing the restaurant. They stopped their activities to help us. The night staff (gentlemen) spoke excellent English. He changed the room for my children. All staff were very polite, they made us feel very welcome!
We were given comfortable and cosy rooms, perfect for our short stay.
Before we left, Nicole gave us tips of the best way to reach the highway and avoid roadworks.
Breakfast is superb!
We will come back to try the thermal bath.

2 Tage Thermalbad, inklusive Bademantel: sehr gut.
Ruhige Lage, nahe an Park und Thermalbad.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr heiss in der Nacht, trotz offenem Fenster.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir konnten schon vor dem Check-in in die Therma gehen. Wir haben auch ein zusätzlichen Kissen nach Anfrage erhalten. Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren auch sehr gut. Das Bett konnte man elektrisch einstellen. Es gab eine Fernseher und zwei Balkone.

Cons:

Die Kissen waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es war sehr heiss im Zimmer (ohne Ventilator) und die Lüftungsmöglichkeiten waren, aufgrund der Mücken, beschränkt.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen auch zu empfehlen.
Grosszügiges Zimmer mit Balkon.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage (30°+).
Zimmer hat extrem unangenehm gerochen. Lüften hat nichts gebracht.

Frühstück war okay, aber ich hätte mir mehr erwartet.

Cons:

Personal eher unfreundlich und nicht zuvorkommend, man wurde knapp begrüsst und wurde dann mit "Zimmernummer"? sehr einsilbig gefragt, statt nett zu fragen. es kam niemand um nach Kaffee zu fragen.
