Entspannte Wellnesstage
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, aber ch durfte auch früher einchecken. Es ist ruhig.
Kommunikation vor Ankunft war sehr gut und die Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Vielen Dank.
Einrichtung zweckmäßig.Ein Tipp: Pizzeria gegenüber Bahnhof ist Top in Preis/Leistung und Betreiber sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns noch ein Limoncello spendiert.Typisch italienisch halt …

Cons:

Ich hätte mir nebst der Kaffeemaschine noch ein Wasserkocher gewünscht sowie etwas Bodylotion, da es sich ja “fast”um ein Wellnessbotel handelt.

Schöne gemütliche Zimmer.
Tolles Thermalbad. Ideal zum Entspannen.

Sehr schmutziger Teppich im Gang.

Abgesehen vom Restaurant ganz ok, aber VitalBoutique Hotel verdient diesen Namen nicht

Frühstück war gut, auch grösse des Zimmers.
Hundebettchen im Zimmer

Cons:

Alles recht lieblos, von der Einrichtung bis zum Restaurant, wie auch das Aussehen des Hotels. Wirkte nicht sehr gepflegt
Zimmerservice hat leeren Kuchenteller stehen gelassen mit dreckigem Kaffeelöffel welcher nicht ersetzt wurde. gebrauchte Kaffeetassen wurden ersetzt, aber eben Löffel nicht.
Kein Zimmerservice möglich, keine Möglichkeit Nachts ein Getränk zu holen, kein Automat o.ä.
Hund darf zwar zum Mittagessen und Abendessen ins Restaurant, aber nicht zum Frühstück.
19 Fr pro Tag für einen kleinen nichthaarenden Hund ist etwas viel.
Falsche Informationen bezüglich vergünstigten Thermeneintritt.

Am schlechtesten war der Service im Restaurant. Vergesslich, hektisch, schlechtester Tisch, obwohl andere frei waren. Karte wird ohne Blick auf den Tisch gelegt, auf eine vorher aufgelesene Johannisbeere, was einen grossen Flecken gibt. Beim Wein einschenken, Glas gekippt, nochmals ein Flecken, Glas wird mit unserer Serviette langwierig gereinigt anstatt ein neues Glas hinzustellen. Als wir beim bezahlen kein Trinkgeld geben wird darauf gefragt ob uns noch etwas offeriert werden kann, war zu spät!
