Hotel proche des bains.
Pros:

Trés bon emplacement a côté des bains.
Restaurant succulent
Personnel accueillant et presque tous aux petits soins.

Cons:

Le lit était défectueux ( réglage du dossier)
Matelas peu confortables
Programme TV en français presque inexistant...4 chaînes sans intérêts !
20 frs par jour pour notre chien mais aucun service pour chien proposé ( gamelle, panier.. rien)
J ai demandé une nuit supplémentaire qui m a été factuée 238 frs alors que sur booking elle était a 170 frs !!

Sinon je recommande cet établissement pour passer un agréable moment au bains

Das Hotel ist toll und das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist Spitze. Haben ganz tolle Angebote mit der Therme zusammen. Das Frühstück ist auch wunderbar und das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider klappt es mit dem Welcome Drink nicht so. Ich war zwei mal dort innerhalb 2 Monaten, beide Male klappte es nicht. Ich muss doch nicht dasPersonal drauf aufmerksam mschen. Wenn ich ankomme erwarte ich schon diesen zu erhalten und nicht mehrmals danach fragen zu müssen. Bei beiden Aufenthalten hatte ich übrigens keinen.

Mittelmässiger Aufenthalt

Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne, schöne Terrasse

Cons:

Das Personal empfanden wir als gelangweilt/desinteressiert. Die Bedienung beim Frühstück wirkte grimmig. Bei der Abreise wurden wir an der Reception nicht gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat.

Das Frühstücksbuffet befand sich in einer kleinen Ecke, es war ein grosses Gedränge und keine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel ist extrem ringhörig, wir hatten leider Pech mit den Zimmernachbarn, die um 3 Uhr nachts noch laut waren- dafür kann das Hotel nichts direkt.

Insgesamt für den Preis nicht zufriedenstellend

Situation avantageuse près des transports publics, grand parking (rabais si on loge à l’hôtel).

Cons:

- restaurant : la crème catalane est à améliorer, ayant de la famille en Catalogne il n'y a pas de fruits et de crème par dessus, la crème catalane est plus grande. C'est le seul point à améliorer.
