It was better than some really high priced hotels I have shared in.

Beds were clean and room was ok. Price too high for for quality and cleanliness. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Dining room was not cleaned every day and breakfast was borderline. Tables were not wiped/cleaned completely and floors were not swept or cleaned. We were there 5 days and I only saw the floors cleaned once. Coffee machine in room but staff said we couldn’t use it because they were getting rid of them. Who removes in room coffee option! Front desk refused to give me a receipt. Said I paid through booking.com. I paid at the hotel so booking.com couldn’t give me one. Still fighting for that.

The breakfast wasn’t great! After staying at other HIExpress I feel they didn’t have a good selection and the pancake maker didn’t work the whole week we were there .
