Petit déjeuner varié.
Par contre, à 8h30, quelqu'un est entré dans notre chambre alors que nous étions encore couchés... il s'est excusé, mais pourquoi ?!?

Der Preis für dieses Hotel war sehr günstig, dass muss ich vorab erwähnen. Die kleinen Erwartungen waren trotzdem nicht erfüllt. Das schlimmste war, dass unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss war. Sehr ungewohnt?! Die erste Nacht war für mich schrecklich, da das Zimmer für mich wie ein Bunker wirkte. In der Beschreibung ist dies nirgends erwähnt. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich das Zimmer keinesfalls gebucht. Das Personal war ich nicht freundlich, begrüsst wurde man nie wirklich. Ich habe bereits in anderen Hotels dieser Preiskategorie übernachtet und muss dazu sagen, dass dieses Hotel mit den anderen Hotels definitiv nicht mithalten kann. Fazit: Diese Hotel würde ich niemals wieder buchen.

Hôtel agréable , dommage que 1er arrive , 1er servi au petit déjeuner car certains aliments ( crêpes et surtout le salé chaud ) n’était pas réapprovisionner et on nous faisait comprendre que ce n’était pas autrement.

Pas du tout le même petit déjeuner en fonction de l’heure d’arriver alors que en arrivant à 8h on paye le même prix que ceux arriver à 7h

They gave me a room with a broken air conditioner and I told the reception and they gave me a fan. There was no technician because it was the weekend. that they had nothing to do. We were here for three days without air conditioning.

It didn't happen, because Hotels.com accepted the payment I made: €196.93 X 2 rooms that gave a total of: €393.86 r accepted the reservation without having rooms available. We had to sleep on the street. This happened on June 21, 2025 and they still haven't returned my money.

Nära till både södra motorvägar och lätt att ta sig till centrum med spårvagn och tunnelbana. Bra garage till bilen. Tillgång till maten på frukosten var lite sämre än väntat.

Great 3 night stay with family
Pros:

Perfect 3 night stay for our family. Spotless room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, we had a very good rest, thank you 🙏 great breakfast and excellent service. No issue ordering a taxi via the front counter. Check in check out straight forward. It was our second stay with holiday inn express, last year 2 night stay in a different country, same hotel chain, similar experience. Highly recommended ❤️

Muy amables, nos ayudaron con el aire acondicionado q no funcionaba bien, nos pusieron un ventilador y ya pudimos dormir, pedimos la factura porye nos cancelaron el vuelo y necesito la factura para solicitar el reembolso, me pueden ayudar?
