One stay was enough
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and quick to help without any problems. The room smelled clean like someone had just bleached the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good and with lots of options.

Cons:

I was a fan of how dirty the room was...I has to clean the shower myself because I wouldnt have been able to use it. There was soap scum all over the walls and hair. My partner and I felt gross the entire time. Also the toliet wasnt working and so first thing in the morning before her competition I had to bring her to a gas station. We also when we checked in opened our room to find only one bed... we left and talked with staff and they immediately helped however.. i am very disappointed with how unclean it was especially after my accommodation letter. Being auto immune makes it hard to trust cleanliness. Also there was little room so I kept having to push the desk chair out of the way.

Room was clean, large enough for 4 people. Comfortable, the bathrooms on main were with out paper.
Pros:

Breakfast was just ok. I understand that its food that's just heated. A decent choice but overall a C rating.

Cons:

The the Fire Alarm went off 2 times during the night. NOT GOOD! That should be serviced on a regular basis. For it just to go off, something is missing!

Cons:

Hotel is just beginning to look a little run down ie taped bench and damaged desk chair rm 110. Didn’t like that I couldn’t cancel one day of 5 stay due to policy. Too rigid. Trouble finding direct phone to hotel reservation desk at hotel

Management needs to be better about noticing who is using the hotel as a party spot
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and nice. Every 45 minutes during the night I was woken up by slamming doors and drunk people parading around the hallway. Something seriously needs to be done about that. Other than that its a decent place to stay.

Ok to disappointing.
Pros:

Location was where we needed to be so that was good.
The room was clean and spacious enough. No odors or bugs.
Towels were clean.

Cons:

Upon entering the building, outside garbage can was over-flowing and lobby area floors were dirty. Not a very good first impression.
Breakfast was just ok. Much of the same items every morning. Milk was not replenished quick enough. Tables were not cleaned and garbage cans were not emptied by staff often enough during breakfast.
Pillows in the bed were too soft and did not adequately support the head.
The $205 per night was expensive.
