Elite Marmara Hotel Gungoren

My stay was excellent. The room was very clean and well-prepared, and the location was convenient and easy to reach. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygienic breakfast. Highly recommended

Wifi dsnt work,they didnt find my reservation when i arrived and send lot of emails to buy their Airport transfer,they never reply me,terrible

I didn’t stay it was horrible. I saw the room and left and got a different hotel. The worst place ever

Our reservation was for 2 rooms ,when we arrived late at night the guy at the reception (Farook) said that they have only one room available and even that room was not clean and not ready ..of course we couldn't get the room so imagine we were a family of 5 after 1am in the street searching for a hotel at last we managed to get reservation in another hotel for that night..our experience was horrible with this hotel and they even didn't refund us the amount we paid for 2 rooms.
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS HOTEL they don't respect the customer at all.

The front desk staff were excellent and there was one guy who spoke English. The restaurant staff were excellent too in their communication and service. The downside was that people smoke in the hotel and the cigarette smell was everywhere.

Es hat mir echt sehr gut gefallen, mein bett war sehr bequem und ich hatte alles was ich von einem Hotel erwarte.

Dieses Hotel verdient niemals 3 oder 3,5 Sterne. An den fließen vom Bad sind Reste von anderen drauf. Die Bilder täuschen sehr. Die Betten sind eigentlich keine Betten es sind nur 2 Matratzen aufeinander gestellt!! Im Bad ist ein Wasserschaden entstanden, das Hotel hatte 10Std Zeit um sich drum zu kümmern, hat aber leider niemand ernst genommen erst nach unseren Aufstand ist ein Techniker gekommen! Elite Marmara nie wieder!

How can a place so awful???? the Dirt is everywhere ! the room is not comfortable, the staff are not helpful, the bath doors were broken ROOM 503, we had to move the door by pulling in and out !!
No Cups .. we asked for cups for water and coffee they didn't provide us with any of these knowing that we stayed 3 days at this hotel and during our stay nothing was helpful, everything was BAD, only its location is good for businessman and trips with very low cost ... I do not recommend for honeymooners or tourists!
The room was tiny and stank, as did the rest of the building.
Breakfast was another BAD experience, you don't have nothing to eat .. I have never eaten fried fries at 7:30 Am...even the tea was BAD no deserts.. the Menu is consisting from FRIES AND BOILED EGGS .... AND OF COURSE LOTS OF BREAD.. SAME FOR 3 DAYS

Resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil. İlk yerleştiğimiz odanın kliması ikinci odanın televizyonu çalışmıyordu. Ücretsiz otopark dedikleri otelin önündeki cadde. Bizimle beraber kalan bir arkadaşım kral dairesindeydi oranında tv klima ve duşunda problem varmış. Bence 3.5 veya 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hak etmiyor.

Hotels.com üzerinden yakın bir bölgede 4 yıldızlı bir otel rezervasyonu için aramıştım ancak yetkili bayan yer olmadığını ve yakındaki başka bir ötele yönlendirebileceğini söyledi. Bende benzer bir otel olması durumunda olabileceğini belirttim ve rezervasyon yapıldı. Odanın hiçbir tarafı temiz değildi, banyoda bırakın lavaboyu, yan duvarlarda bile saç telleri vardı, bir daha bu site üzerinden de kesinlikle otel falan bulmam....

Dieses Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe, nichts in der Beschreibung stimmt. Keine Ahnung wer die Sterne vergibt, dieses Hotel hat mit Sicherheit keine vier Sterne!

The hotel is more like a 2stars motel than a hotel.. the rooms dont look like they are on the pictures... also my room smell horrible!! the hotel is at 20min (no traffic) from the airrport and is also very hard to found even for the taxi drivers! overall the personals are very nice
