Lucky's Hotel y Casino

An excellent, affordable hotel in downtown San Isidro del General. The staff are wonderful. It is walking distance too everything you would need.

The BEST staff in the world!!! I always enjoy my stay at Lucky’s. They are very consistent.

Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado, amplias, limpias y el servicio es muy bueno, solo hay un pero, es sumamente ruidoso, el casino de la plata baja genera demasiada contaminación sónica, dormir no es lo mejor.

The hotel is quirky and different. The room was clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom and shower. A let down that there was no good water pressure. The area around is a bit sketchy but they had a locked parking area

Only good for one night

Very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and size of the room...looks to have been recently renovated. A delightful hotel in a great area of downtown close to all the shopping. But most of all the service was amazing...all the staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever our needs were. Definitely will be staying here again when we are up this way.

Comfortable

Luckys is an old hotel and casino that was bought and remodeled by the same company that owns the Fiesta casinos in Costa Rica.. The rooms are brand new and beautiful. Diego, the hotel manager was very helpful with all my needs. Beautiful place. I’m not a gambler so I cannot speak for the casino but the hotel is very nice.

Everything was okey

Staff on reception and at breakfast were very polite and welcoming. They gave us our VIP welcome gifts and room upgrade. The room was spacious and had good air conditioning. A little dated in places, but overall very good. Clean sheets and towels. The area was a little out of the centre, with a more local feel; but it felt as safe as any larger city would in the daytime and evening. 15 minutes walk to the bus stations. Breakfast was a typical plate, plus fruit, toast and drinks; served in a bright dining room. The shower needed some hooks and shelves, but otherwise a perfectly decent place to stay.

Great staff and close to a few restaurants and cafés. Diego, Moises and housekeeping very helpful.

Hotel room was very affordable and clean. The in-house restaurant had excellent and very affordable food with Private parking garage provided. It's in a busy part of town with the casino downstairs.
