Kurztrip Mittenwald
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in Mittenwald. Schwimmbad & Sauna inklusive.

Cons:

Frühstück ohne Service (Kaffeeautomat), Zimmer & Bad bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Der renovierte Eingangs- und Spa Bereich wollte nicht ganz zum Rest passen. Restaurant war während unseres Aufenthalts leider in Betriebsruhe.

Pros:

Location is excellent! Rooms are very clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Great bar for an evening night cap. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay so can't report on that. Breakfast was nice!

Cons:

Our balcony was facing west & mostly looked at a rooftop. On the positive side, it was very private. We did have a view of a mountain in the distance. If you want a classic view in the pictures advertised, you may need to request a room at the front of the hotel. But really we didn't spend much time there so wasn't a huge negative. No A/C.

Das 2 x im Alpenhotel Rieger und wir kommen wieder .
Pros:

Gemütliches Hotel an zentraler Top Lage im Dorf . Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet , feine Kuchen und Kaffee von 15.00 bis 17.00 inbegriffen .
Auch die Küche im Abend Restaurant sehr fein .
Schöner Gartensitzplatz für Apéro etc. mit Blick auf die Berge .
Tiefgarage für s Auto nebenan .

Cons:

Kleines minus das Service Personal Frühstück und Abendessen nicht immer auf der freundlichen Seite .
2 x Nachtessen durften wir im ruhigeren Nebenraum da es uns im Hauptteil des Restaurants zu viele Leute hatte das 3.x wurde uns das mit einer unfreundlichen Art des Kellners verweigert .
Demzufolge haben wir auswärts im Postkeller mit sehr freundlichem Service auch gut gegessen .

Central location with fabulous view and parking
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it offered parking facilities although it was only a few minutes walk from the town centre. The gentleman on reception went out of his way to help me with my luggage and give me a tour of the hotel facilities.
I also liked the view of the mountains from the front of the hotel and the swimming pool for hotel guests.

Cons:

All the other hotels at which I stayed during my trip either catered for vegans or improvised somehow to ensure there was something for me to eat. Although this was the most expensive hotel of my trip, my request for a vegan breakfast (communicated in advance through the Booking.com messaging feature) was declined.
