When booking 5 rooms or more for rooms with the capacity of 6+ guests and single rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

The total price of the reservation will be taken prior to arrival within 14 days.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the guest’s rooms. If a guest is found to have smoked in a room, a fee of GBP 250.00 will be charged on the card used to make the reservation. Please note, if any damage is done to the room during the guest's stay, the cost of the repairs or replacement of items will be charged to the guest's credit card. Kindly note the property cannot process payments from American Express credit cards, and an alternative card will be required. Please note that the card used to make the booking has to be present upon arrival

Clean, comfy and great location - also great value for money for a central London hotel.
Pros:

I stay at Kip a lot for work and always have a friendly welcome from lady on reception. I had nice clean spacious room which was quieter than normal as faced the back of the building and didn’t overlook Hackney Central. The location is great for getting into the City and lots of good food places nearby.

Cons:

The bedding is a bit thin and the TV was quite old so no Netflix etc.

Great place to stay on a budget, would recommend!
Pros:

The room was exactly as advertised and perfect for a single person. Could easily spread out my checked luggage and put it under the bed when not in use. The room was clean when I arrived and there is also an option to have the housekeeper make up the bed for you and take out the trash throughout your stay. I was worried about the shared bathrooms but there was absolutely nothing to be worried about. It was very clean and was cleaned often throughout my stay. Provided hand soap, body soap/shampoo (which looked awfully similar to the hand soap which may have just been a coincidence), and conditioner. After a certain time the front door locked and could only be accessible with a key card which pleased me as a solo female traveler. Was right next to the overground and a few bus stops so great location!

Cons:

Would have loved to be provided with a smaller hand towel, not sure if this could be asked for at the front desk. Elevator and wifi was a bit slow but overall usable.
