Un excelente lugar de escapada de fin de semana en pareja, lamentablemente hay servicios que mencionan en su sitio de internet pero no tienen en funcionamiento como es el temazcal, sauna y vapor.

Por la temporada había exceso de usuarios del hotel y poco personal para la atención. Lo que provocó que nos atendieran 1 hora después de estar sentada en el bar; por la afluencia de gente la alberca estaba muy sucia: había muchísimos niños sin supervisión y el personal del hotel no les importaba

Pros:

Disminuyeron servicios o detalles que tenían anteriormente. Ya no hay cafetera en la habitación. Ya no hay plancha de ropa en la habitación. Ya no arreglan la cama en la noche ni dejan galleta individual. Ya no hay horario en el transporte del Hotel a San Miguel y ya no es formal el transporte de regreso.Tomamos taxi. Ya no hay bancas en los jardines, ni pantalla en el restaurante. Ahora están poco iluminadas por la noche las áreas verdes. Todos estos detalles lo hacían un hotel excepcional y para nosotros era único. Esto nos hace buscar opciones.

El lugar es muy bonito pero la atención y el servicio no es el mejor; recepcionistas con caras al llegar, lentos en restaurante, alberca, etc.

Para el tamaño del lugar hace falta personal y las habitaciones muy muy chicas para estar 4 personas.

Salí al centro por la noche y al regresar, mi cuarto estaba inundado, había demasiadas goteras y no pude hacer uso de la habitación. No pudieron resolverme a las 11pm porque el gerente no contestaba las llamadas y tuve que pasar la noche en mi camioneta. En la mañana me ofrecieron ir a desayunar mientras me daban solución y en el huevo estrellado que pedí, había pedazos de un chimen, le comenté a la mesera y lo único que dijo fue “Ay posiblemente será de algún chapulín porque en cocina también trabajan con chapulines” y no me cambiaron mi plato ni me dio solución. A la fecha no me han resuelto mi reembolso ni dado solución en nada porque el gerente se tomó el día por ser domingo. Les reservé 3 habitaciones, pésimo servicio.
