Fantastisch verblijf in mooi ingericht hotel in oude stijl op fantastische plek.
Pros:

Bijzonder mooi hotel in oude stijl met mooie bibliotheek aan begin van de middeleeuwse brug naar het oude centrum.
Stad trekt vooral dagtoeristen. In maart is het erg rustig op een doordeweekse avond.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Loved the staff. Great value for the price and location. Acceptable for one night.
Pros:

Great breakfast included. Excellent location. Beautiful view. Lovely breakfast room and patio. Also, has a library.

Cons:

Outdated, cramped. Many adorable cats if you’re a cat person. Very close to tour and parking area, but strangely our room didn’t seem too noisy.

Precioso lugar y gente encantadora.
Pros:

No se puede pedir más. Palacete precioso que ya por si solo merece una visita. Perfecta ubicación junto al puente. Habitación con balcón y vistas espectaculares a la ciudad. Amenities, café, leche y botellas de agua.
Todo el personal es encantador, especialmente Montse que nos hizo una visita por el palacete y los jardines y nos dio todas las recomendaciones necesarias para una estancia inolvidable. El desayuno con productos locales, muy bueno y abundante.

Cons:

No hay ascensor, pero es normal al haber respetado la estructura original del edificio. Está especificado en la web, así que no fue ninguna sorpresa.

Personal molt atent i amable. Qualsevol cosa que necessitis ho resolen. Part del check in és fer la presentació dels espais i de la història de la casa, interessant.

Esmorzar de buffet lliure molt bo, en un espai molt agradable per començar el dia.

Deixen a la disposició dels hostes el microones i la coberteria, i els espais, per poder fer altres àpats si necessites. Va ser una sorpresa i va anar molt bé.

Estancia con encanto histórico.
Pros:

Alojamiento con historia, ubicación excelente justo a la entrada de Besalú y su puente. Personal extraordinario tanto profesionalmente como humano, incluso nos explicaron un poco de la historia de la casa. El desayuno tipo buffet con cosas tanto frío como caliente dulce y salado con calidad, de proximidad y cosas caseras, así como atención por si quieres algo especial.

Cons:

Aunque en general tiene buenas vistas hacia el pueblo o la montaña con balcones y terrazas nosotros no las disfrutamos desde nuestra habitación porque nos tocó hacia la casa de al lado a 2 mts de distancia, supongo que sería cuestión de pagar más por una habitación superior.

La rebuda i explicació de la història de l'hotel, per part de la Montse quan fèiem el check in. Tot un detall!!
Comoditat i encant senyorial amb una decoració molt acurada.
La zona on es fa l'esmorzar que també donessin l'opció per poder prendre algun té, cafè durant la teva estada i fins i tot sopar o menjar (portant tu mateix, l'àpat) ja que l'edifici és tant senyorial i bonic que no els permeten oferir servei de cuina, però deu ni do el que preparen per esmorzar!!!
