La amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo María José , que de buena mañana nos alegraba la jornada. El edificio en sí es una maravilla arquitectónica clásica. Esos suelos, esas zonas comunes y por supuesto la magnífica ubicación
La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. El desayuno también está muy bien. La recepcionista joven fue muy agradable
sin ascensor, pagar sobre los 125€ por noche en habitación doble en temporada baja lo encontramos excesivo para lo que era el hotel.
La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, junto al puente medieval y a 200 metros del centro del pueblo. El desayuno fue muy rico, abundante y variado. La habitación tenía muy buenas vistas hacia el pueblo y era muy amplia. El personal es muy agradable y servicial.
Hay gatos merodeando por la cocina todo el día.
Molt net, amables, tot molt bé
Tot i que sóc conscient que vam arribar una hora tard i no vaig estar atent a que la recepció tancava a les 20h quan vam arribar crec que la "bronca" va ser excessiva. Normalment a través de Booking reps molts missatges que no serveixen de gaire i no vaig estar alerta de les indicacions de darrer moment. Diu que ens va trucar i no sabem on era l'error però no vaig rebre cap trucada.
Malgrat que el resta de personal i el lloc és espectacular, crec que no hi tornaré. Jo també tracto sovint amb clients i tot es pot dir amb respecte i sense quasi arribar l'humiliació. (repetint constantment l'error comès, dient que no es pot llegir en diagonal, ect....)

la.ubicacio y el alojamiento. La dueña , Montse , muy involucrada en todo, incluso nos explicó la historia del edificio. El desayuno buffet delicioso con todo lujo de detalle.
Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Hotel mit einem tollen Frühstück und sehr lieben Mitarbeitern, besonders am Frühstücksbüfett. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist herrlich, wenn ein Urlaubstag so schön beginnt wie auf der Terrasse mit einem Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonderen Dank an die liebe Mitarbeiterin, die extra für uns ihre Deutschkenntnisse reaktivierte. Wir haben uns fürstlich in einer fürstlichen Umgebung gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank dafür.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right next to the unique medieval bridge and the entrance to the old town. The apartment itself feels really cozy, with a warm, family-like atmosphere. There's a wonderful library, and the view from the balcony is just lovely. Breakfast is delicious, and the staff at reception and in the dining room are very friendly.

Están descuidadas las instalaciones. El baño no tiene champú y no funciona el dispensador de gel. El agua del lavabo siempre sale caliente, en la ducha con poca fuerza y no regula bien la temperatura.
