今回九州を中心に7日間の一人旅でした。御社にもお世話になりましたが、23日夕刻東京に戻りました。そしたら、御社からメールが届いていて、20日（土）にホテルアルファーワン倉敷に泊まったかどうかの問い合わせでした。結論から言えばこのホテルには泊まらなかった。すでに8月27日に電話で同ホテルの「いそのサン」という方に断ったおいた。彼女曰く「キャンセル料金は無料」。その対応がすこぶるよかったので、次回は泊まろうと思う。一見、いそのサンの手違いのようだが、彼女の対応ぶりはほんとに良かった。インターネットで何から何までしようというのは問題。考えてほしい。
