Very soft comfy bed. Effective AC.

Cons:

Kettle faulty. Need to request water, wifi password, etc.
If you try to lock the door, the key ring needs to be removed from the power switch, so you are in the dark and can't see the key hole!

Pros:

Great location near the New Delhi Railway Station and fantastic shopping in the surrounding streets. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk let us check in early, which was fantastic as our train arrived at 7am.

Cons:

Due to renovations in the lobby, a lot of cement dust was in the air as you navigated to the lift. The internet was down during the day but back in the evening.
