Friendly and very helpful staff in a comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable with lots of hanging space. The bathroom was very good with a shower contained behind glass and lots of bench space on the vanity. The bed was large and comfortable. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with transport to the airport and other places.

Cons:

It was a very busy street as located Pettah market area.

Wer ein gutes, einfaches Hotel in Colombo sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für eine Übernachtung vor der Weiterreise ist es völlig ausreichend. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, und ich würde das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jederzeit wieder buchen.

A very good small hotel in lively & interesting Pettah.

The rooms were clean..the staff helped us with dinner setup ..they were polite.

Location in and near wholesale industrial market..not what i expected

The rooms were expensive considering the offering..very expensive

Not a Tourist Hotel
Pros:

Very affordable. Nice staff housekeeping/breakfast.

Cons:

No windows to outside BUT a window to hallway? Breakfast minimal. Cockroaches in room, coming from bathroom. Ridiculous entrance door lock at 9PM. Must call tone let in. I called for 20 minutes before someone came down.

Unfortunately, this added up to not a very good experience overall.

Not much to like about.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were very small, and the bathroom door was not closing properly, which was inconvenient. Room lighting was minimal, making the space feel dim and less comfortable.

The surrounding area was not clean and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall impression.
