Pros:

スタッフの方は皆さんとても感じが良かった。大浴場もとても広く、快適でした。朝食はブュッフェ形式の方が良かったです。

エレベーターのボタンだけど、静電気に反応するタイプだけど、場所によっては反応が悪い
朝男性の露天風呂に大きい蜘蛛の巣があった。大分放置していた感じがする。清掃員のレベルが低い
食事会場で、水とほうじ茶しかない。ジュース類を用意するつもりはないのか
チェックインして、部屋に入ると布団が敷いてあった。夕食時に用意するのが常識
朝飯の野菜蒸しは、全て半生状態、インゲンは全く食べれる状態ではない、湯通しするとか工夫するつもりないのか
朝牛乳いらない
シャトルバスあり、部屋の鍵ネックストラップ付いているのは良かった
料金が高い割にコストパフォーマンスが悪すぎる

Pros:

早目のチェックインだったのでホテルに併設した中庭の大きな花壇を散歩しました。夜は地元の民謡を生歌で聴き最後は餅つきしたりとイベントも多く宿泊を満喫できました。
つきたてのずんだ餅美味しかったです。
また泊まりたいと思えるお宿です。

あたたかいおもてなしと美味しい料理、そして何より心地よい温泉。お祭り広場の催しも久々の手持ち花火も最高の滞在でした。ただ、あんなに美味しい夕食の天ぷらだけが壊滅的にドロドロでした。多分何かの手違いがあったのだろうと思いますが、一体何が起きたのか気になります。それ以外は完璧です。惚れます。

景色が素晴らしい！
Pros:

ちょうど虹がかかり、窓からの景色が素晴らしかったです。ガーデンのイルミネーションも楽しめました。5歳児が（スーパーマリオの）ルイージマンションみたいなホテル、また行きた〜い！と行っています。

館内はきれいでスタッフも親切でした。
イベントがあったり、色々と気配りがされていて快適に過ごすことができました。
ただ、宿泊した日は食事付きプランでないと館内で食事を取ることができず、ホテル周辺には飲食店やコンビニもなく、そこは大変でした。

合格点だとは思いますが！
