엄마들끼리 아이들하고 하루 놀았어요
요즘 이런 넓은 객실이 거의 없는데 잠실에서 가까워서 너무 좋네요
핸드폰을 깜박 두고 왔는데 보관해주셔서 잘 받았습니다
성수기 앞두고 수영장 공사중이어서 많이 아쉬웠습니다
이런 부분은 미리 이메일이나 공지를 띄워주 시면 좋겠습니다

높은 가성비에 깨끗하고 친절합니다.
자주 오는 곳인데 항상 만족합니다.
장점
+ 가성비 대비 면적 넓음
+ 위례 중앙광장, 창곡천 옆이라 뷰도 좋고 상업시설 접근성 좋음
단점(이라기 보다는 아쉬운점)
- 밖에 봤을때 통일성을 위해서 그런지 모르겠지만, 창문 크기가 작음. 창문이 있어야할 자리에 창문이 없고 커튼만 있어서 묘하게 답답함
- 일반 객실은 큰 문제는 아니겠지만 스위트룸의 경우 두 객실을 이어붙인 구조라서 제시된 면적보다 실제 활용가능한 면적이 적음(현관이 두개 있고 하나의 현관은 사용을 안하는 곳이기 때문에 사실상 죽은 공간이 됨)
어쨋거나 그런 부분 제외하곤 정말 만족하고 투숙했습니다. 위례 방문계획있거나 호캉스 계획 있으시면 강력추천합니다.
신도시의 한적한곳에 위치해있지만 주변에 쇼핑하고 식사하기에 편리하였으며 무엇보다 산책로가 잘 정비되어 운동하기에 좋았습니다. 회사의 단체 손님들이 있을때는 조금 소란스러운 느낌이었지만 다음 방문시에도 이용할 용의가 있습니다.

The maid service was hit and miss, some days very clean and others not very good. There was no evening dining available except apparently on Saturday, which was not advertised, and the sauna and fitness facilities were not in the main building but over in the Wedding facility, which was inconvenient and also not advertised. The coffee shop did not open until 10, also inconvenient.

There was a problem with the thermostat and lights in our room. It got so hot in the middle of the night, and then the lights kept turning on, waking me up repeatedly. The electrician came and tried to fix it, but failed. The next morning they had us move to a new room, which was dusty and sort of gross. No apologies were offered, and no discount or anything was given. The gym required special shoes, which we were not aware of, so we couldn’t use it, since we only had one pair each. Otherwise, it was a decent hotel, far from the city center but in a cute little neighborhood.

Everything was perfect..
시설도, 접근성도, 식사도 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 이것만 놓고 본다면 다음에 또 이용할 마음이 있습니다.
근데, 한 가지 미흡했던 점이 있어 기록을 남깁니다.
호텔 지상 입구에서 아내가 하차한 후 먼저 호텔 로비로 들어갔고, 저는 지하주차장으로 내려가 파킹한 후 로비로 갔습니다. 객실배정을 받은 후 짐을 풀고 남한산성을 가기 위해 지하주차장으로 내려갔는데, 지하1층 주차장에서 아무리 차를 찾아봐도 찾을 수가 없었습니다.
지나가던 젊은 직원에게 차를 어디에 파킹했는지 잘 모르겠다면서 도움을 청했으나 그리 복잡하지 않으니 찾아보라는 말만 들었고, 얼마 후 나이든 직원에게 도움을 청했으나 마찬가지 대답이 돌아왔습니다.
그러다가 2층으로 내려가 보니 거기에서 파킹한 차량을 찾을 수 있었습니다.
첫 이용한 호텔이라서 지리를 몰랐던 저의 탓도 있습니다만, 이로 인해 20분 정도의 시간을 지체했습니다.
고객이 파킹한 차량을 찾는데 도움을 청했으나 도움을 주지 못한 호텔직원들의 서비스 태도에 서운한 마음이 들어 이 글을 올립니다.
The staff at the hotel were great. They were very helpful, spoke English and always had a smile on their faces. The next time I am in the area, I will be staying at this hotel.
I loved the buffet style breakfast, and the professionalism of the staffs here. Great location, only 7-8 minutes walk away from the subway station with great local eatery all around the area.
Good hotel, and great service.
