Compliqué après cette déception
Pros:

Charme, chic très bonne propreté

Cons:

Manque de clarté et précision en rapport au service du restaurant gastronomique fermé ke mardi et proposition d’une carte pas à hauteur du standing de l’hôtel se qui a été une grosse déception pour nous

hotel super elegante, un'oasi di pace. tutto perfetto, staff eccellente e gentilissimo, piscina bellissima. cibo ottimo sia quello del ristorante che quello del bar aperto tutto il giorno.

Cons:

consiglierei solo di riservare dei tavoli al ristorante di default per chi soggiorna in hotel per dargli la possibilità di avere comunque un tavolo riservato, ovviamente avvisando con anticipo se non si volesse la prenotazione, come fanno in tutti gli hotel del mondo.

Mit einem besser motivierten Personal ein schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider hat das Nachtpersonal die Gardinen zugezogen, aber die aussenliegenden Fensterläden nicht geschlossen, was wir nicht wussten, dass diese vorhanden sind. Die Beleuchtung des Hofes war die ganze Nacht an und somit war es im Zimmer nicht dunkel und deshalb haben wir gar nicht geschlafen. Beim Checkout wurde dies leider nur belächelt… Schade!

La struttura è curatissima, molto pulita e con attenzione per i dettagli. Il ristorante DaMa è buonissimo ma è importante prenotare prima per essere certi di trovare posto. Piscina spettacolare pulitissima e bella spa con sauna e bagno turco. Stanze pulite e personale molto cordiale e presente

Purtroppo in tutti i giorni che siamo stati il servizio cooking class non era disponibile. Peccato perché sarebbe stato una bella esperienza. In generale nulla di negativo

Wir waren in jeder Beziehung rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Gepflegtes Ambiente, grosses Zimmer mit Ausblick (De Luxe), schönes Swimming-Pool, Frühstück am Tisch serviert.

Cons:

Nachtessen im Restaurant war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu speziell.

Accoglienza e ospitalità davvero ottime. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile, disponibile e attento. La posizione è comodissima e permette di spostarsi facilmente. Anche i servizi della struttura sono stati pienamente soddisfacenti e hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Colazione eccezionale, così come il ristorante.

Rien, si ce n'est qu'une amélioration a apporter. Je pense que votre établissement devrait avoir une machine a café dans chaque chambre. Effectivement, il est agréable de pouvoir commencer par un café au réveil plutôt que de le commander en chambre.

Staff della reception gentile e disponibile, bella la piscina e le parti comuni. Buona la colazione alla carta.

Cons:

La Spa trovo sia abbandonata al suo destino. La vasca idromassaggio non funzionava correttamente, bagno turco non in funzione, doccia emozionale con getti d’acqua otturati dal calcare. Cucina con un rapporto qualità prezzo non coerente. Qualità materie prime altalenanti, piatti serviti non alla temperatura adeguata.

Le lieu est très beau. Le relais villa est très confortable, literie top, propreté top. Personnel sympa.

Cons:

Le soir il faisait froid au restaurant. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas un buffet.
