Accoglienza e ospitalità davvero ottime. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile, disponibile e attento. La posizione è comodissima e permette di spostarsi facilmente. Anche i servizi della struttura sono stati pienamente soddisfacenti e hanno reso il soggiorno molto piacevole. Colazione eccezionale, così come il ristorante.

Rien, si ce n'est qu'une amélioration a apporter. Je pense que votre établissement devrait avoir une machine a café dans chaque chambre. Effectivement, il est agréable de pouvoir commencer par un café au réveil plutôt que de le commander en chambre.

La Spa trovo sia abbandonata al suo destino. La vasca idromassaggio non funzionava correttamente, bagno turco non in funzione, doccia emozionale con getti d’acqua otturati dal calcare. Cucina con un rapporto qualità prezzo non coerente. Qualità materie prime altalenanti, piatti serviti non alla temperatura adeguata.

Le lieu est très beau. Le relais villa est très confortable, literie top, propreté top. Personnel sympa.
Le soir il faisait froid au restaurant. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas un buffet.

Le petit déjeuner correspond à ce genre d'établissement. Par contre, les croissants n'étaient pas bons. Pourquoi toujours parler en anglais pour servir au petit déjeuner ou au dîner ? La langue italienne est très belle pourtant.
Le personnel ne parle pas un mot de français. Dommage. Pour le reste, un peu surfait par rapport au prix.
Un complimento allo Staff della Reception e della struttura per la gentilezza e la professionalità con le quali ci hanno accolto e seguiti durante il soggiorno. L'ambiente è molto ben curato, pulito ed arredato. Altra nota positiva è per il loro ristorante interno, DaMà.... ottima qualità dei prodotti e dei piatti creati dallo Chef. La colazione alla carta è un ottimo incentivo alla sostenibilità e la scelta è molto variegata ed ampia tra il dolce ed il salato. La SPA era piccola ma molto funzionale e ben curata.
Un piccola pecca è per alcuni collaboratori del ristorante che, sicuramente per inesperienza ed emozione, non sono riusciti a dare il giusto valore e la giusta spiegazione ai prodotti serviti. Di altro nulla da eccepire e sicuramente ci sarà una seconda volta.

Il breve soggiorno al relais d'Amelia è stato veramente piacevole e rilassante. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff, la location e la struttura ci hanno coccolati e permesso di vivere momenti di assoluto relax.
Ci è piaciuto tutto. Se devo dare un suggerimento, consiglio l'accesso alla piccola spa con prenotazione, per consentire, agli ospiti, di godere di un paio d'ore in assoluto relax. Il resto è incantevole.
