We clearly smelled someone drug smoking. upon asking receptionist said it happens here. So if you are staying with family or kids then you got to be very careful. There is nothing to hang cloths in the rooms.
smell of drug smoking. You need unlock three doors to get access in the room. Nothing to hang cloths and average cleanliness.
There deposit is shit. When you book a room they don't mention any deposit but when you got here for checkin they ask for the deposit that is ridiculous.
It’s clean
The socket light tripped off for over 24 hours and wasn’t fixed until we checked out. Also I ve not received the refund of my £100 deposit
The location was super, walking distance from the shopping centre
The WiFi network never worked for the number of days I stayed there . Despite reporting.
They are not giving back the security deposit..
Unfortunately this hotel seems to be getting worse, very uncomfortable mattress and the noise of other guests, slamming doors, shouting all hours etc is a joke
Parking was off road at the front the staff were friendly
There need to improved everything and the policy for £100 deposits before inter to the terrible place
Horrid stay, room next door woke me up midnight playing loud music or asking reception he took a while to sort it and took ages to sleep again, then in morning was locked out of main door as key was faulty and had to ask same guy her help who came without a spare key, had to then go back and kept me waiting, not happy at all and I stay here often !
Place was ok
This is a basic cheap hotel in a convenient location for the Elizabeth Line into London. The room was a good size and generally clean. The en-suite was fine although the shower was a bit temperamental and was not great pressure. I still managed to wash my hair. The mattress on the bed was lumpy and could do with being replaced but I slept well enough. The heater in the room was handy. The breakfast was basic and self-service but very reasonable considering the price paid. It was really handy having the parking outside which meant that I felt my car was fairly safe while I was out and about. All in all, you get what you pay for. This is convenient but basic. I would use it again.
