Pros:

Appartement très correct mais sans aucune insonorisation. La nuit aboiements de chiens et travaux dans l'appartement du dessus jusqu'à minuit.
Soyez motorisés sinon 3,2km du centre. Prix affiché en dollars. Si vous n'en disposez pas ils appliquent un taux de change totalement fantaisiste qui au final vous fait payer plus cher (pour ma part 30 euro de plus pour 4 nuits.
Sinon propriétaires charmants et pour cause !...

Bom para descansar após um dia de passeios
Pros:

O café da manhã é entregue a noite para que os hóspedes preparem no dia seguinte (media lunas, torradas, doce de leite, manteiga, marmelada, requeijão, suco de caixinha, café e leite - para serem esquentados no microondas). O bom disso é que você faz o seu horário do café. O apart-hotel tem um horário bem limitado para atendimento (que somente descobrimos ao chegar e ler um papel afixado na porta de entrada), tanto que chegamos no horário normal de check-in na Argentina (14h) e não havia ninguém na recepção - que sequer estava aberta. Demos sorte da moça da limpeza estar passando na área externa e ela acabou por nos atender. Senão, só conseguiríamos fazer o check-in depois das 18h. Um detalhe do quarto: a banheira é muito escorregadia, é necessário cuidado e atenção na hora do banho para não escorregar e se machucar.
