Pros:

The special breakfast provides the perfect start to the day. The prime location on the lake has a highly relaxing effect. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and discreet at the same time. As we left, they surprised us with a thoughtful fruit plate.

the food is miserable lunch ,breakfast was standard compared to any Turkish restaurant.
at booking the rate was 10,000 tl per night at some local website was 6000 tl per night

Unpleasant stay and unaccomodating management
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing

Cons:

It was hard to find anyone available after 6 at reception. Even at the restaurant we had to look for the staff most of the time.

We had an emergency case that required us to go back home 2 days earlier therefore we requested the hotel if we can minimize our stay for 2 days instead of four however when we spoke to the director Atilla he refused to help and did not accommodate our emergency situation. His behavior with us was rude and unprofessional. He did not try to find any solution or reach to any compromise. As a result we had to leave a day earlier and bear the cost of the two rooms ourselves. This was very disappointing to us and we had such an unpleasant stay at the hotel

The hotel was supposed to be a 5 star hotel when it definitely wasnt in every way.
Bed sheets were always dirty
Upon arrival room wasn’t clean we called room service but so much delay sometimes they wouldn’t even come.
Receptionist wasn’t professional by appearance and wasn’t always available we had to call her every time we needed something and wait for her.
Insects and bugs inside the room.
Didn’t worth the value of money for such property and very bad service.

İlgi var, temizlik yok.
Pros:

Otel genel anlamda güzel, konumu iyi. Fakat odalar çok eski. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgili ve kibar. Restaurant görevlileri kafalarına göre ilgileniyorlar. Cam bardaklar çoğunlukla kirli, hep parmak izleri oluyor. Sabahları servis edilen söğüşler, meyveler hiç yıkanmamış suya batırıp çıkartılmış. Böyle bir pandemi döenmi insanlar zaten korkarak dışarı çıkarken bu kadar ilgisiz olunması hoş değil. Odalara, gece dışardan is kokuları doluyor. ayrıca odadaki suya bile para kesilmesini de doğru bulmuyorum. Poşet çayı ikram diye koyuyorsunuz, çayın suyuna para alıyorsunuz.
Abant olmasa, manzaranın hatırına kalınabilir. Onun dışında pek numarası yok.

Pros:

Otelin mutfagi ve servisi cok kuvvetli. Doga ve cevre icin de diyecek birsey yok, zaten sayili lokasyonlardan. Tek sikinti otelin genel olarak eski eski olmasi. Hijyen eksik degil ama ona ragmen kohne havasi veriyor. Birazcik estetik anlamda, ortak alaarin ic dekorasyonu ve bahcemin dis peyzajini yatirim istiyor. Yapilirsa A segment butik otel klasmanina gelir. Su haliyle Bolu ahalisinin cay bahcesi tadinda.

Pros:

First balcone slide door not closed well we ask to repair they said don’t worry 10 minutes and after one hour someone come but it doesn’t work and while we are waiting we notice that room door could be open from outside from anyone whithout key and after we complain they agreed to give us another room so another room with small and bad small beds and for the cleanliness it’s like joke we found a dirty socks just behind curtain so we decided to spend our night then next morning l check out and I agree to leave second night and loose my money . I wonder how they give 5 star to this hotel
