Pros:

Das Persoal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und dem Schiffsterminal waren für mich persönlich perfekt.Und der Preis stimmte.

Cons:

Das ist sehr schwer zu beurteilen.Es kommt auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse darauf an.Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Principe und zum Schiffsterminal waren für mich perfekt.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich eine etwas bessere Umgebung wählen.Insofern hat mir die Umgebung des Hotels nicht besonders gefallen.

Excelente ubicación. La verdad me sorprendió. Desayuno súper completo y muy linda la habitación. Destaco la increíble atención del personal! Super atentos y hasta te dan un mapa de Genova y explican los puntos turísticos más importantes! Sin duda alguna cuando vuelva a Génova ya sé dónde alojarme!

Accoglienza impeccabile!
Pros:

Lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile, in particolare Barbara che ci ha fornito tante informazioni e ha saputo suggerire luoghi da visitare. La possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out è molto utile soprattutto per chi come noi, ha il treno la sera tardi. Inoltre la colazione molto buona!

credo sinceramente che il rapporto qualita’ prezzo sia ottimo, sono anche gentili

Cons:

due piccole cose: il televisore non si sintonizza sulla 7 e magari potrebbero mettere dell’acqua potabile nella reception ma come due stelle e’ veramente confortevole.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion, el personal muy amable. Desayuno con todo lo necesario, me gusto mucho que el fiambre lo cortaean a pedido en el momenro.

Cons:

Quizas lo unico negativo es que al ingreso, hasta llegar al ascensor, hay unos nueve o diez escalones que con maletas es un poco complicado. Tal vez con alguna rampa se puede solucionar. Pero la estructira del Hotel es muy bonita

Camera gradevole, ben arredata, pulitissima e con tutti i comfort.
Consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Non sono riuscita a calibrare l'aria nella stanza, avrei preferito una temperatura più calda ma non sono riuscita a capire come utilizzare il condizionatore che sembrava fisso alla stessa temperatura...ma non ho neanche chiesto, quindi sicuramente ci sarà un modo!
