Very good
Pros:

There are lots of hotels near the train station, but this is one of the best. Clean and modern, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a stopover or for exploring the port of Genoa

L'accueil du personnel, vraiment très gentil, la chambre était spacieuse, le petit réfrigérateur très pratique

Mitten in der Stadt, sehr vieles fussläufig erreichbar. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz, Mitarbeiter sehr nett

Da es direkt am Bahnhof ist entsprechendes Klientel und Schmutz, Parkplatz ist in der Tiefgarage ca.300 Meter entfernt und kostet 15€,
Frühstück nun ja, nur abgepackte Sachen und Toast. Klar in Italien ist das Frühstück süß aber da hab ich schon besseres gesehen

c'est un hotel qui est très bien pour séjourner une nuit ou deux, pas pour y passer ses vacances.
Pros:

la proximité avec la gare centrale 2mm a pied, la propreté de la chambre et le confort, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix. on a pu prendre le petit déjeuner a 6h45( bien) alors qu'il était servi a partir de 7h30. on a passer une nuit calme mais certaines chambres sont situées sur un boulevard plutot passant (comme tout les hotels dans le quartier)

Cons:

l'hotel est situé dans un quartier plutot sale et pas forcement bien fréquenté surtout le soir. mais c'est tout le quartier qui est concerné, c'est normal c'est un ancien quartier près du port

C’est juste incroyable, top

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis dès notre arrivée. Toute l’équipe s’est montrée d’une grande gentillesse, très professionnelle et toujours disponible pour nous aider.

L’hôtel est très propre, confortable et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c’est la bienveillance et la disponibilité de toute l’équipe. Ils sont toujours souriants, attentionnés et prêts à rendre service avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil exceptionnel et cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Confort e accoglienza di livello superiore a due passi dalla stazione
Pros:

Posizione a due passi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe, capolinea treni, metro e bus. Comunque si raggiungono facilmente a piedi Acquario e centro storico.
Camera spaziosa per la categoria, pulitissima, arredi nuovi, ben climatizzata. e insonorizzata (a finestre chiuse), dotazione completa anche di frigobar con possibilità di ordinazione dal bar.
Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati, caffetteria servita al tavolo in ambiente confortevole.
Accoglienza impeccabile, reception disponibile dalle 7.00 all'1.00, è possibile lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, molto gradite le informazioni turistiche su cosa vedere (e dove non passare...) in città.

Cons:

Nella parure da bagno mancavano le salviette ospiti, sempre in bagno si sentiva la mancanza di qualche mensola e lo specchio era leggermente usurato.
