Pros:

One of the best hotels I've stayed in within London, we came for an event and this was the chosen hotel and we can see why. Everyone was just so welcoming, especially Ralfi and Aly who need massive praise. The rooms were big and comfy, good food and a beautiful spa. There wasn't anything bad I could say about this hotel and our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying and we will be back again.

Cons:

The only tiny thing we didn't like was the jacuzzi bubbles were on constantly rather than on a timer, although they are lovely, they are noisy so 10 mins with them off would be nice. This is only a minute detail and does not ruin the hotel at all.

Amazing stay every time
Pros:

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. My fourth time staying here and love the different rooms that I have been given. Hoping to see every room in this hotel.
