London Time
Pros:

As soon as we approached the main doors of the hotel, We were greeted by Mihail. We were welcomed and spoiled as soon as we arrived. Please ask for him if you get the opportunity to have an amazing concierge. We had a wonderful stay. He suggested several restaurants that were within walking distance of the hotel.
The rooftop bar was open also. Julian served us and was very kind and personable. Would have gone back but they do close at 6 pm, but there are several areas in the hotel to enjoy a drink if needed. Bowling and swimming are some of the other options.
The room was clean, shower temperature was nice and the bed was very comfortable and the stay was perfect for me. This was the best hotel during our excursion in the U.K.

Lage des Hotels ist top, 20 Minuten fußläufig zur Themse, Busstation gleich in der Nähe und tolle Lokale und Restaurants fußläufig.

Cons:

Frühstück ist zu teuer für die Qualität und die Auswahl aber tolle Frühstücksbar gleich in der Nähe

I had an excellent experience and would especially like to commend the reception team for their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Syed, who was truly outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and extraordinary in hospitality. Thank you to Syed and the entire reception staff for making the experience so welcoming and memorable. Highly recommended! Farhia was alright too I guess

For the price it felt it was not in that realm given that sun street hotel Hoxton hotel and Montcalm and art are all close and charge similar for rooms

Dusj fungerte ikke skikkelig, halvveis reparert under opphold. Flekkete gulvteppe. Alle dører til garderobeskap var så skjeve at det påvirket funksjonen til dørene. Vaskepersonell fjernet håndklær og såpe fra rommet uten å erstatte de gamle. Toalettpapir gikk tomt uten at vaskepersonell fylte etter. Dårlig utvalg av mat til frokost. Lys til sminkespeil og tørkestativ for håndklær fungerte ikke.

A short stay with my husband. Used the facilities which was lovely and did a bit or sight seeing. Loved the top terrace

Was a great location, lovely room.

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom was not great and the drain took ages to drain. Which meant the shower tray was nearly over flowing.

very enjoyable trip to London
Pros:

The staff were fantastic.
The room was airy and light, especially for London.
The area was new for us... but enjoyable seeing all the young people going to work and living the London life.
Fabulous few restaurants in and around the area. Close to the River and a park close at hand to run in.

I had to mention to three separate shifts of staff that I had paid for a late checkout for some reason. There was evidently not a process for sharing information between them…

Fantastic staff! Thank you Mihail in concierge
Pros:

The staff, the housekeeping and concierge, went out of their way to help me throughout my stay. In particular, Mihail in concierge very kindly managed to reclaim my wallet and passport that I'd left behind in the safe and get them fast tracked to me in time for my next flight. I am forever grateful. Thank you!
