Hotel and the facilities are great.. spacious room with good facilities . Comfortable bed etc
Hotel was nice , but location isn’t great in terms of not many nice restaurants or bars around and the area in general was very dirty. A lot of rubbish and the council dont seem to be cleaning the streets any more ..

View of a wall, no/little daylight into the room despite having a mid- expense room. Disturbed twice at 8/8:30 by housekeeping and only had one towel between two, despite being told we would be given two for bathroom and two for spa.

The room was spacious and had plenty of facilities that you would need. The jail restaurant was gorgeous, food was delicious! The hotel pool was warm and spacious as well as clean and comfortable!
The only issue I would say is the price we paid was alot so I'd expect the breakfast to be complimentary. I would also consider some of the spa treatments to be cheaper, not complimentary but easier to afford.
Perfect location for London stadium. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable and elegant. The spa pool was a lovely treat after a busy day.

En plein centre de Shoreditch (à 2 pas de Boxpark). Trsè très pratique.
Contrairement à l'hôtel de la même chaine à Soho qui est vraiment dans son jus, celui de Shoreditch est une belle rénovation.

Large and clean room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom looked modern with a walk-in shower.
The reception staff and concierge were all extremely helpful.

Milk and water wasn't refreshed for our second night and only one clean bath towel was left for the two of us.
