Perfect place, location, staff, food and organization. Kalum was our waiter. The best one dealing with all our wishes with smile. Our house keeper Thusiantha was very polite and did the room perfectly clean. Highly recommend this hotel and staff

We spent 4 days in Sunrise Pasikudah celebrating New Year’s Eve! The hotel is perfect! The pool is big, long, clean and beautiful. The food in the restaurant is very delicious. The service at the restaurant is excellent. We were impressed by Kalum - the waiter from the restaurant! Very professional and kind! He made our holiday amazing! Thank you, Kalum!

As a family, we stayed at Sunrise Pasikudah and had a very pleasant experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and everything was in good order.

The food was tasty and enjoyable; however, adding more variety would make it even better. The pool was very nice and clean. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located just beside the Passikudah beach and it can be accessed easily. The surrounding is great and this month seems to be very lush and green around here.

Rooms are good and clean but prefer if it had been a bit more spacious. Amenities and complimentary items are good.

The calm place with a beautiful pool with a stunning view of the beach, makes it worth visiting here again.

Las but not least, the staff is exceptionally friendly and caring.

We had a relaxing and peaceful two-night stay at Sunrise Pasikudah. Enjoyed the beautiful pool and beach. Although it was the off-peak season, the waves were not too rough, so the kids were able to enjoy a safe sea bath.

The service throughout the hotel was commendable, especially at the restaurant. The food spread was good at every meal, and the restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and always helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Dhammika, for his excellent hospitality. When we ordered from the à la carte menu for lunch, he kindly offered desserts from the buffet at no extra charge and personally checked on guests at every meal.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Two lifeguards were always present at the pool, which made it feel very safe for the children.

The hotel also offers excursions such as boat rides and snorkelling, although we did not try them. We did use the spa, and the kids enjoyed foot massages as well.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily recommend Sunrise Pasikudah to families.

Had a nice warm welcome from all of them... Cleanliness is extremely good... we spent two nights over there with a friendly, relaxed quiet and calm environment.... Than you so much for everything...
