I stay here everytime I visit NYC and it never disappoints

Everything I needed, it was a good stay
Pros:

The location is ideal. This was my second rime staying and easy to get around. The weather was great so the walk around the hotel was nice as well

Cons:

This wasn’t a property issue. I came down to grab my ubereats and the man i guess working the evening decided to pull his phone out while on FT and record me. I asked him was he recording and he claimed no.. but he definitely was.. the only part of the trip that was unsettling

Posizione strategica, a due passi dal WTC, la struttura è moderna e ordinata e lo staff molto cordiale. La camera era perfetta, soprattutto lato pulizia. Colazione varia e di grande qualità.

Solid hotel and staff but a bit expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Super helpful w luggage. Safe area. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Rooms were small. Curtains didn’t really black out room. Shower was ok.

Pros:

Świetny hotel, zdecydowanie warty swojej ceny, lokalizacja jest świetna, piekny widok z okien. Gdybym wybierała się do NYC jeszcze raz napewno rozważyłabym ten hotel!

Cons:

Pokój który najpierw dostaliśmy mial bardzo mało miejsca jak na pokój dla 3 dorosłych, ale po prośbie o zmiane dostaliśmy świetny duży pokój.
Lekko popracowałbym nad czystością ale i tak było dobrze.

Amazing, staff was friendly, building was clean, location was amazing!
Pros:

The Cloud One is located in the financial district of NYC, which is home to countless shops, restaurants, cafes, and Battery Park. I loved that I was able to leave my hotel and go get coffee, a small lunch or to even walk around.

Cons:

The hotel itself had few amenities. I was unaware of a “basic” booking vs a “premium” booking. Access to breakfast, entertainment, and even water was hidden behind a paywall that seemed superfluous. I love the hotel and its location, but the lack of access to amenities was quite the strain on my wallet.
