A quiet, comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast and exceptionally friendly staff who went above and beyond.
Pros:

The staff at The Cloud One were incredibly friendly, and the service at the front desk was exceptional. We arrived on September 11, when many streets were blocked off, and our taxi driver couldn’t reach the hotel. After being dropped off, we struggled to find our way, even using the map on my phone. I called the front desk for directions, and instead of simply explaining where to go, a staff member asked where we were, came to meet us, helped with our suitcases, and walked us to the hotel. That level of care really stood out. Our room was small but quiet, even next to the elevator, we never heard it. I appreciated the decent-sized closet, nightstands on both sides of the bed, plenty of charging outlets, and the extra mirror outside the bathroom, which made getting ready together easier. The breakfast was another highlight. I usually skip hotel breakfasts because they’re often disappointing, but this one was really good. The organic options were a big plus for me.

Cons:

I My only complaint about the room was the lack of overhead lighting. Getting to the hotel by taxi was also a little tricky, apparently because of the one-way street, especially with the September 11 road closures. But the staff went above and beyond to help us.

Literie très confortable. Chambre cosy. Propreté irréprochable. Cafetière avec café, thé et lait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel et très copieux !

Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Ich würde es noch einmal buchen.
