Horrible customer service

I booked a room for my daughter (18) and my sister (36) to stay the night so they wouldn't drive back at night. They would not let them check in. They also would not let me get a refund.

Pros:

Only place me and my wife stay at, when we're in San Antonio, no matter how far we have to drive. The staff is so helpful and nice, the facilities are always clean.

Outdated and dirty
Pros:

Hotel is not the same anymore, place feels dirty and outdated. No USB connections to charge phones, which is inconvenient. Staff was great, but overall disappointing
