Pros:

Great place to stay clean. When I checked in the young man at the desk was great very nice and helpful

Cons:

Tried asking evening desk clerk were things where. She acted like I was a problem and didn't want to help me.

Comfortable enough, but disappointed in the lack of professionalism / training of the staff.

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The AC unit in the room was noisy and kept my wife up all night. Also, I purchased some waters from the Marketplace, but the clerk did not give me a receipt. When I asked him to print one for me he said he couldn't because the system did not allow him to do so. Instead he gave me a print of all the transactions at that time and simply circled my transaction and let me keep that page. I found that to be very unprofessional.

I was in town to visit family. Had stayed at the Fairfield multiple times over the last 2 years. On my last day at the hotel, I was in the breakfast area eating some dinner. 8-10 police officers rushed into the lobby. One spoke with the counter clerk. One came over to a gentleman sitting 2 tables away from me, asking him to stand up and show his ID's. The rest rushed down the hallway away from the front desk. Total bedlam then broke out in that hallway. Turned out there were interstate robbery thieves staying at the hotel. The hotel clerks played it down but I'm 75 years old and scared me! How long had they been there? What if there'd been gunfire? I'd always felt this was a safe place to stay. Now I'm not so sure.

Great stay in Lincoln
Pros:

Super clean and fresh, spacious room with nice linens and towels, many good options within walking distance plus a Walmart across the street. Very quiet considering the location and surroundings. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Reserved a King room but got a Queen room instead. When I asked the front desk person about it they refused to rectify the situation and blamed it on Expedia for overbooking rooms. The hotel was not at capacity…far from it. I asked for the manager and the desk clerk gave me a business card and said to call on Tuesday as the manager was away.

Our room was not cleaned, we did not get fresh towels, our garbabge was not taken out. We stayed 8 days.
The pool was not filtered.
