The location and proximity to the beach is great.

Cons:

There is no sound proofing to rooms. We heard the train multiple times per night, people’s car alarms in the middle of the night, and could clearly hear every word of people talking in the rooms next door. The room was dated (which we expected) but the mattress was uncomfortable and overall the hotel felt rather unclean. We chose it specifically because they have parking, but when we checked in we’re told they didn’t have enough clickers for their garage. We were able to park in the garage the second night, but not a great experience overall unfortunately.

Our favorite place!!
Pros:

This hotel is not new, but it's charm and beachy oceanfront Vibe is all that matters.
We absolutely LOVE this hotel. The area is amazing. Be prepared to sit back, relax and take in the view. Planning our next trip already. Honeymooned there 24 years ago and it's still fabulous!!!

Cons:

The only thing we are not fond of is the stairs. Thats it. The rest is awesome.

Great stay! Would do it again.
Pros:

Breakfast at the bistro was delicious; staff was friendly and helpful.
The Fisherman's was also a fun place to have a drink or coffee and relax.

Cons:

In the room I reserved, the spa-tub was advertised on the web site, but a sign in the bathroom said it was out of order. I never called the front desk to ask about it, however.

We had a great stay. Will be back again. Very chill and easy going vibes.
Pros:

The view was great. Dylan was great.

Cons:

Room was outdated with chips and cracks in plaster in sink and floor, which didn't really bother us. Otherwise everything was great.
