La habitación era amplia

Cons:

El hotel está en un piso de una torre de hospital, y siempre teníamos que explicar que éramos huéspedes para que nos abrieran la puerta o nos dejaran salir por la puerta principal. El staff no era amable. Cometimos el error de meternos a otra habitación. Ellos se dieron cuenta mientras no estábamos y, en lugar de contactarnos y avisarnos, esperaron hasta que regresáramos y no pudiéramos abrir la habitación. Encontramos dos cucarachas, una detrás de la cabecera y una en la regadera. Como hay una construcción a un costado, la entrada no es visible y no hay ningún anuncio, cuando llegamos, no encontrábamos por dónde entrar.

Literal es un hospital esto con cuartos en el ultimo piso, no tiene estacionamiento, no tiene comida, la chapa de la puerta nonsirve, se reporto a las 6 de la tarde, son las 10 de la noche y estoy con mi familia afuera por que la puerta no abre.... exijo el reenbolso de esta habitación
